The first season of Rebels probably sucked me in because it was new Star Wars stories more than anything else. Entertianing, sure, but nothing to write home about. Though the first season did end with a fantastic episode. Season 2 picks up strong right where 1 left off. It may still be a "kids" show but it has definitely grown up and by the time we get to the end of Season 2....well I just gotta say the last 2 episodes IMO are as good as anything Star Wars since the original trilogy.

Wonderful season of a great show, looks great on blu-ray!

Star Wars Rebels in my opinion is a great successor to clone wars. Each season has different story arch’s very similar to how was structured clone wars. With mostly new characters and a few ones from clones wars that will surely put a smile on some fans faces. I have season 1-3 on blu-ray I just have get season 4 to finish my collection and see how the show ends.

Don't get me wrong - Season 1 is amazing and I definitely recommend starting there if you're new to the show - but Season 2 improves an already awesome show by taking the story in interesting new directions, taking a deeper look into the characters' backgrounds and expanding the scope of the Rebels' galaxy. Highly recommended for ALL Star Wars fans - great writing, beautiful animation and fantastic voice acting.

With all the controversy over recent Star Wars movies, it's good to see Disney knocking this one out of the park with Star Wars: Rebels. Great story, characters that you come to care for, and enough humor sprinkled in to make it reminiscent of old Star Wars. The image quality is fantastic. Colors pop off the screen and the sound immerses you. A must buy for all Star Wars fans!

The return of Ezra and Kanan, this series dials up the action from the original series as Ezra and Kanan become more seasoned Jedi warriors and face fan favorite Sith lord Darth Vader. High production values and fast-paced action make a great series that works well as a primer for new fans to get into the series, while still scratching the nostalgic itch of veteran fans.

I was a huge fan of the Clone Wars, especially in the last couple of seasons. Season 2 has so many moments that make it feel like BOTH classic Star Wars AND a continuation of Clone Wars. Fan favorite characters like Darth Maul, Darth Vadar, Princess Leia, and Yoda pop up, along with former commando Rex and a few of the clones. If you love SW this is for you.

If you watched the first season of Rebels and thought the series moved a little slow, ..this is where it gets good! Since the characters have been established, this season gets into some much better action and starts to bring in new and old characters along with some nostalgic references from the Star Wars universe....

A great show that Disney has done a great job with. The characters are very fun and all have their own stories. The episodes are great and the star wars cannon has a great addition here. It is great what they have done with memoriable characters as well as new ones. Not having any kids, yet, the show can definitely hold an adults attention.

Season one started off a little slow as the show found its flow, but by the time season 2 hit, it's turned in to an amazing watch! My wife and I bought it, being big Star Wars fans, and love it! The journey that each of the characters take is personal and engrossing, and the ties to both the Clone Wars and the actual movies is fantastic!

Amazing picture quality, the best you've ever seen Rebels look, featuring some of the best moments Star Wars has to offer. A wealth of blu-ray extras are included with plenty of interesting behind-the-scenes content.

Season 2 of Rebels improves on season 1 while making further connections between The Clone Wars animated series and the original trilogy. The two part season premiere and the two part season finale are especially good in this overall good season. The Blu-ray is a little light on bonus features, but what it does have is excellent. The “Rebels Recon” featurettes for each episode are really informative and are best if watched after each corresponding episode. Any Star Wars fan should have this Blu-ray in their collection, especially if you were a fan of The Clone Wars animated series.

I still love this galaxy far, far away. Season 2 improves from season 1. And we get to see a few familiar faces and a couple of loose ends tied up. <SPOILER ALERT> For those of you who liked the series "Clone Wars" but hated how it ended, well season 2 doesn't make it better but it offers some closure.

Ezra, Kanan and the rest of the Ghost crew continue where they left off in their never ending struggle to rescue the Republic from the grasp of the evil empire. Watch as they are hunted by all forms of empire sympathizers. Will the rebels live to fight another day? Only one way to find out.

I thought the second season of Star Wars: Rebels was an excellent follow-up and included several returning character favorites including Ahsoka, Darth Vader & Darth Maul. The 2nd season also had twice the amount of episodes than the first so characters feel more fleshed out than previously.

Great star wars series, children and adults alike should enjoy. Any fan of star wars will not be disappointed. Action, suspense, humor, in general just an all around great show. Very evident that everyone involved in creating the show loves what they are creating.

This is the best season yet! The 2nd season for Star War Rebels starts and ends with great stories, great action, and with the Star Wars lure that keeps you anticipating what's next! Great Job Disney with picking up from where the Clone Wars ends through the next phase of Star Wars Rebels!

This animated series captures the essence of what Star Wars is. The writing and characters are well done. But what i love most about it is they bring in characters from the books and the Clone Wars animated series. This is a must have for any Star Wars fan or a fan of sci-fi in general.

This series was aimed to younger kids, as it was never as dark as the Clone Wars Series got at times. The set was on sale and I love the series on the blu-ray discs. My Boys like to watch with me.

Season 2 of Star Wars: Rebels was amazing, to say the least, so picking up the episode collection on Blu-Ray was a no-brainer. Without getting into any spoilers, let's just say long-time fans of the previous animated series, Clone Wars, will not be disappointed.
