While Rebels may not have quite the same following as the Clone Wars it is made by the same team of writers. Season 2 not only further establishes the relationship between Kanan and Ezra as master and padawan, but also brings back some familiar faces, including Darth Vader.

Season 1 was solid, but Season 2 is even better. Our rebel team becomes part of the bigger rebel movement; new and old characters are introduced; and we get to know our core characters even more. Blu-ray provides solid video & audio, with a decent amount of Special Features.

Star Wars Rebels is building on it's season 1 success with ramping up the excitement in Season 2. More character development, more intense drama, this is a whole new level for Disney animation. Freddie Prinze Jr. is masterful as his voice brings to life Jedi Knight Kanaan.

The animation story continues and is as well written and drawn as any other Star Wars products that have hit the screen of TV or Movie Theater. It take up a position in the story line to fill in the gaps in earlier releases of all the Movies and series that came first

In season 2, you get the appearance of Darth Vader. Which is very cool. What's also cool is that Darth Maul makes his return in the season along with Asoka. The best episodes are the last 2, which satisfy your craving for lightsaber battles. A can't miss.

Story lines, character development and animation quality have significantly improved over season one. This animated series adds to the SW cannon and serves as the basis for a few Easter Eggs revealed in the recently release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Should be interesting to see if Disney will feature any of the Rebels characters on the big screen in years to come with substantial story line roles rather than being relegated to being cast as simply Easter Eggs.

Picking up from season 1, Season 2 of Star Wars Rebels brings back the original crew, and adds a few more surprises along the way. Definitely worth it to pick up. And as the cover suggests, Darth Vader himself makes a few appearances.

Season 2 of rebels finds the show coming into it's true form. Much like the Clone Wars series, the first season started off a bit slow but then truly came into it's own season 2 into season 3. Truly is a great Star Wars adventure

I really enjoy this series. As the season progressed the stories became more complex with richer character development. I hope as season three progresses, there are more episodes with Vader...and yes, he is voiced by James Earl Jones!

Season 2 of Star Wars Rebels is a good follow up to the first season. The introduction of Darth Vader in the beginning of the season makes you realize why he is a Dark Lord of the Sith. They did a great job of making him menacing and reminded people of why he should be feared. I am still on the fence about the Inquisitors and I do not like their lightsabers at all. They delve into the mythos of the Force more and overall, it is well worth watching.

After an excellent 1st season, Rebels really hits its stride in Season 2. Marked by key moments in the Star Wars saga, and appearances by old favorites like Leia, Yoda, and Darth Vader, every fan should add this to their collection!

Star Wars: Rebels is a great show, it's only hampered by broadcasting on Disney XD, and by costing a lot of money on the digital services to get the whole season. Buying it on Blu Ray is the best method to get this content!

Never been much of a fan of Star Wars until I started watching Rebels. Absolutely love this show!! It's funny, insightful for those who know little about the mythos, and great characters! Kanan is definitely my favorite Jedi!! ;D

I am a huge fan of the Clone Wars animated series; when Rebels was announced and I learned Dave Filoni was in charge, I was excited. However, season 1 did not live up to my expectations. I am glad to state that season 2 is an improvement to season 1 with some awesome two-part story lines and a guest appearance from Darth Vader that does not disappoint. This season is fun and exciting, which is what I want from a Star Wars animated series.

Still a "younger" SW fan faire, this series (under the shepherding of Dave Fiolni) gets better each season. Though not a cable subscriber, I look forward each year when the new seasons of TV/cable shows are available for purchase. My major concern is that LucasFilm is now a member of the Mouse family. Darh George defeated the Sith-like Lords the magic lantern using as his saber their own brand of wizardry. I hope that is not destroyed.

The characters are intelligently written and fun. The animation is well done. The stories tie into the main Star Wars story line, using characters from the movies and the Clone Wars animated series. May the Force be with you.

With how this season has played out, and how it ended...it is difficult to picture what a better season could be. Darth Vader. Darth. Vader. In all the glory you would expect. Chills. I love this season and you will too!!!

Love this show. Second season built upon the first season and then included Darth Vader. That was a must buy for me right there. Now that Thrawn has been announced for the third season this show just keeps getting better!

Although a series like this is directed at a younger generation, I can't help but enjoy it. Definitely happy to have another version of 'clone wars'telling more stories to hold me over till the movies are released.
