Star Wars Squadrons has an uninspired and irritating single-player campaign. It's Disney Star Wars now, of course, so if you weren't a fan of the recent Star Wars movies you'll find the more of the same bad writing and predictably annoying characters on display here. There are a couple of good missions, but it only really serves as a tutorial to introduce you to each of the flyable ships. It is a shame though, since it is clear that a large part of the game's budget has gone into this when it would have been much better spent on the game's multiplayer. The multiplayer is a different beast altogether. In VR, this is the ultimate Star Wars experience. Real Star Wars from back when Star Wars was awesome. The cockpits are breathtaking in their realism and the gameplay is pitch perfect. It's incredibly challenging, and so much fun! Without VR, this is a 6/10 game. The single-player campaign really lets it down. However, if you have PSVR and a HOTAS, then this is a 10/10 must-own game. There really is nothing else like it on the Playstation.

If you’ve ever wanted to be IN a starfighter cockpit from the Star Wars universe, this is the game for you. It’s challenging and takes a while to learn the controls but it’s immersive. And if you have VR this game is literally like a theme park ride...in your own home.

This game is a lot of fun once you get used to the controls. I'm not a flight game/flight sim veteran, so it took me awhile to get comfortable with the control layout and functions. The PSVR experience is incredible; you feel like you are in the Star Wars universe piloting your own X-wing or TIE fighter. If a Star Wars flight sim even remotely interests you, definitely check it out.

This game can be difficult to learn, but it is still really fun. If you liked the old X-wing or Tie Fighter games, then you'll like this game. For the price this game has a lot. I bought this for myself, then bought it for my brother so we can play together.

This game is amazing! I bought it for my husband who is a huge star wars fan and he’s been wanting the squadrons game so when we got the VR we got this game. It’s so immersive and interactive. I love hearing him cheer and laugh. I can’t get over the graphics.

Another great Star Wars game from EA. Very challenging, great graphics. Has plenty of different modes you can play,(story,multi-player). Got at a really great price on black Friday makes it all the better. Still would be a great game at regular price.

A well designed and fun Star Wars game. Playable either on the PS4 or utilizing the PS4 VR. Fun for any fan of Star Wars. Graphics are very good and the gameplay is well thought out. The campaign, while short is still engaging.

This game is amazing! If you’ve ever wondered what felt like to pilot an X-Wing this game will certainly show you. The VR is beyond anything I imagined it would be. The entire game is in VR from the cut scenes to the actual g as replay.

Good game for a decent price. You really feel in control of your craft. It’s first person so don’t expect to see the outside of your ship while playing aka 3rd person. It’s compatible with PlayStation VR which is extremely immersive.

Great game! To be able to sit in the cockpit of your favorite Star Wars star fighter is amazing and with the VR it makes the game even better! The graphics are stunning and game play is easy to pick up. Two thumbs up for this game

Really fun to play and gives gives you a whole new VR experience. 4 stars because the controls are difficult to master. I have played a lot of flight sim type games and the mechanics of the controls just aren’t the same.

A rare chance to take the pilot's seat on Star Wars iconic ships. Controls take a bit to get used to but are great once you do. Campaign could be longer but multiplayer makes up for it.

Never thought I could be behind the wheel of a Tie Fighter. Game is fun, graphics are good. Its great for any Star Wars fan. I would recommend to any fellow fan. Game may not be for everyone tho

Having fun in VR! Yes the PSVR is less powerful than any PC versions but this really feels cool in VR. I'm a terrible pilot but this is fun especially if you grew up playing XWING or Tie Fighter!

Really fun and immersive game. Playing in PSVR really puts you in the cockpit, right in the action. Definitely recommended. (And curbside pickup made it very safe and convenient too.)

A good Star Wars title that balances accessibility with flight-sim style gameplay. Story is decent, cutscenes clearly set up for VR. Playing on PS5 and looks beautiful in 4K at 60fps.

Pretty cool Star Wars game. Highly recommend to play in VR if possible. Gameplay is fun but can take time to fully master all the systems. Story is decent but not very memorable.

This game is a must have for any VR headset owner! I do not have a HOTAS setup, however I've been playing with the PSVR and DualShock 4 setup, and it's incredibly immersive. Being able to look around the inside of a TIE Fighter or an X-Wing is a childhood dream come true. Systems are a bit more complex than what I would have expected, and there's a bit of strategic thinking required when it comes to how to approach each unique situation. I haven't even played multiplayer yet, but I'm really looking forward to it.

Awesome game. I played in vr mode and its such an amazing experience. Makes you feel like you're actually in a star wars movie which any true star wars fan has been craving.

Neat game, looks great. If you're new to flight sims like me, it will be a steep learning curve, but the starwars nerd in you will be happy
