Ordered 3, got 3 Landos all in pretty beat up packaging. Poor Billy Dee.

Basically a Bait & Switch

What I got was a completely crushed Lando Calrissian. This is NOT a "style may vary" issue, it's a completely different item!!! You need to put the words "random character" in your ad. Needless to say, I don't see myself using Best Buy Online again. I got my money back, and that's the only good thing about this transaction.
