The likeness is superb and I was even impressed by the metallic shine to the card, which I hadn't noticed in reviews until I actually got it in hand. I'm usually not an in-package collector but this one makes a gorgeous display just as it is. I'm really happy to have this one!

Great figure of Qui Gon to add to your Black Series collection. Ding on the value for the price hike as an opener, but for MOC collectors the card is beautiful and a nice homage to the prequel toys.

A Must Have For Any Prequel Collection

The face sculpt is a much needed update to the old sculpt. The likeness to Liam Neeson is great. The sculpt of the body on the other hand is much of the same compared to the original release. There is a slight paint upgrade though. The articulation is okay, pretty much the same as the original release too. It does not come with a robe sadly but the lightsaber is included and it is very well made. The 2 best things about this release is the packaging and the new face. The packaging looks great hanging on my wall even if the figure is out of the packaging. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, especially with Best Buys preorder system. No hassle, quick shipping and great packaging ensuring minimal harm to the packaging.

Good Re-issue

The figure itself it's pretty much the same than the regular one except for the head sculpt. His skin tone is a bit on the pale side but this is the best looking Qui-Gon Jin for the money!

Amazing throwback to the Episode I era!

If you collected the Episode I original figs this will bring a lot of memories. Is a really nice packaging and will definitively stand out among other black series figs. The packaging is a little more shiny that I would have liked but overall it captures the the episode I cardbacks really well. Is really hard to get these guys in MINT condition so if you see one and want t grab it!!!
