Indiana Jones is back baby! Han Solo ditches the whip in favor of his trusty blaster and Wookie sidekick Chewbacca as they travel the galaxy in search of the Millennium Falcon. This is the first Star Wars movie related to the Skywalker story directed by someone other than Georgey Lucas and it feels right at home. JJ Whoa Bay Bay Abrams captured the feel and tone of the previous 6 films and introduces some new characters that really do the saga some justice. Sweet Baby Rey is the new lead and she is a welcome addition to Han Solos smuggler squad. They also pick up a Stormtrooper turned GQ model named Finn along the way and lemme tell you, that boy is a scene stealer. The young Darth Vader is the new baddie/zaddy and lemme tell you, that boy is menacing! I don't want to give away too much but I will tell you that the 4K visuals are incredibly crisp and Disney did a good job restoring this old VHS stock footage and up converting it to high-def. This movie has never looked/sounded better and I loved every minute of it. Highly Recommended!

The Steelbook packaging is great, but I wish that it matched the first 6 Steelbooks better. The "Star Wars" is different, which I don't understand. But overall, nice package, includes the DVD and Digital Copy (which the first 6 didn't...boo!). Can't wait to rewatch this!

I'd put the 4k transfer of The Force Awakens right up there with Rogue One for best looking of the entire series. Deep blacks and vibrant colors highlight an incredible looking image. Audio-wise this movie really shines as well. Very highly recommended.

Excellent movie. I own the blu ray but I had to get it in 4K and it was fantastic. Everything about the movie was top notch, the sound effects and picture can’t be beat on an LG OLED tv and a Pioneer Elite Receiver.

this movie reminds me of the very first Star Wars movie (episode iv ) - non stop suspense, high dramatics and macho actions. It provided me a high octane entertainment that none of these modern super hero action movies could not (except for John Wick ). I'm watching it again tonight on my 65 in. 4k Samsung tv, hd player,and Yamaha AV receiver all from Best Buy. - mike

The best of the new trilogy films. STAR Wars Episode 7 looks and sounds phenomenal. This is easily the best this movie has ever looked and sounded. A must have for hardcore or casual fans!

Star wars fan out ther must have this high quality movie. It's not just for the fans but it can have it for everyone to watch and guarantee this movie was awesome. Two thumbs up!.

Excellent movie from the beginning to the end with very good special effects and a lot of action, it’s a must have movie to watch with the whole family. Great story line and excellent ending recommend 100% .

This movie was made fairly recently. The 4k print looks better than all the prequels. The ATMOS sound track was originally recorded when the movie was shot. A must have in your collection.

Great movie. I upgraded to 4k. I was able to give the digital code code away to a friend. I enjoyed this 4k version. I was able to see and hear a difference from blue ray dvd.

Overall, excellent Blu-Ray that includes several additional hours of behind-the-scenes presentations. The cinematic experience lives up to hype as the first Star wars movie in several decades! Overall, strongly enjoyed this excellent movie that has rebooted a fable franchise of science-fiction genre movies!!!

JJ Abrams brings back all the fun, excitement and the loved character development from the 1st 3 original Star Wars movies! Abrams studied original plans and drawings to make everything look exactly like it did 30 years ago!! Make sure to watch all of the AMAZING featurettes and deleted scenes!!! A+++

As someone who enjoys The Force Awakens, it was nice to watch this movie in 3D at home using the PlayStation VR Headset, and the newly added Special Features and Director’s Commentary were interesting as well. Much prefer this Box Set version over the previously released Blu-ray release.

Pretty awesome sequel, amazing story and highly entertaining. Love seeing some of the veteran characters from the originals!

JJ Abrams made the decision to film Star Wars Episode VII with film, which means that this film is presented in true 4K instead of up-converted from 1080p. The result is a crystal-clear look at the film, just as good or better than you might remember from the theater. There was also a sequence filmed in IMAX, which looks even more impressive. The bonus features are all from previous home video releases of this film; nothing new, and all presented in standard HD, but still, if you're a behind-the-scenes fan, you'll love all the extra stuff.

I wanted this to finish my colletion. Looks great in 4K The volume is a tad weak. had to bump it up 5db.

Looks amazing on 4k for it's age and sounds great too. Probably my favorite film of this recent trilogy. Highly recommended!

Star Wars movies are always great to watch. Adding to my collection.

When The Force Awakens came to theaters I can't recall a time when I or many others were so hyped to see a new Star Wars release (since maybe the original trilogy). To large scale I think this movie met expectations and was a great film introducing new characters and story. This 2K release looks great with HDR and sounds great with Atmos. The included MoviesAnywhere code also gives you access to the Dolby Vision version of the movie if you have the right hardware.
