It's a big blockbuster spectacle and in all honestly not very new and different compared to the original but it does have a nice breath of fresh air with new characters and actors brought on into the Star Wars universe. I didn't love it or anything but I thoroughly enjoyed the film while watching it. If you haven't seen it check it out for sure.

As a Star Wars fan I really enjoyed seeing it in 3D. The only thing I regret is that Disney did not release it in 3D when it was first released. Guess I better get stocks in Disney.

Great return to the Star Wars franchise. Better storyline and acting than first three episodes. Has the same feel as episodes 4,5, & 6. Some inconsistencies with overall Star Wars lore.

What a great movie!!! Love seeing some of the original characters from the original star wars movies back in action. Yes, it is very similar to A New Hope but who cares its Star Wars!!!

The newest star wars episode does not disappoint. Enjoyable for new fans and og's alike. This steelbook proves to be a nice addition to anyones collection. May the force be with you!

This movie was amazing. It really brought back memories from the original saga. The new characters were awesome (my favorite was Rei)! Definitely looking forward to see what comes next.

I have waited a long time to buy episode 7 after watching it in theaters. I am a huge star wars fan. This movie brings back the old school star wars style from the original trilogy.

The only reason anyone should buy a special edition is if they already own the rest of the saga with steel book, definitely recommend the regular edition over any special otherwise

A must watch and always a good collection to have and to add yo your connection

I highly enjoyed The Force Awakens. For the most part it is a retelling of A New Hope for a new generation. It also has bits and pieces that are throwbacks to all the movies before it. It gives nostalgia for older fans, and provides excitement for newer fans about what the future might hold. It fits right into the Star Wars collection.

I really enjoyed this latest installment in the series. The ending made me look forward to the next installment. Fans of the original films and the newer ones will both enjoy it.

I love the steel box. It holds the discs securely (no damaged discs). The Digital Download allowed me to add it to amazon prime - so convenient. I love this multi format package.

All in all it was a good movie. However the further I get away from it I find more to criticize about it. But I refrain given the level of appreciation I have for the other films.

Considering how long it's been since episode III and how great the TV series have been (both SW: The Clone Wars and Rebels), I had been eagerly looking forward to the next installment. While I satisfied with this movie, the "wow" factor wasn't there, although I admit I may have had too high expectations. Still a movie not to be missed.

Saw this today in store and wanted to buy it but I'm holding out for a steelbook or just the regular amaray case. Most likely it will include a digital copy along with the blu-rays.

The steelbook is an excellent addition to anyone with a movie collection, not to mention it's part of an amazing movie, definitely love everything about it and the movie as well!

J.J. did a great job bringing this epic franchise back to life. While the plot does borrow a lot from episode 4, it puts the prequels to shame. A must buy for any Star Wars fan!

On top of a great movie this unique packaging adds many bonuses. It also looks amazing and gives it a different look on the shelf. I have had not regrets on buying this at all.
