Excellent movie. Enjoyed the action, the plot, and the allusions to previous Star Wars movies.

Takes me back to the Star Wars of my youth! True to the first three in tone and plot line.

Ok, I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan, but I am a fan and was somewhat disappointed with JJ Abrams' take. After his masterful reboot of Star Trek, he creates a meandering, somewhat dull film with two characters who aren't all that compelling in Rhey and Poe. Finn is actually a welcome addition, although John Boyega tends to overact a time or two here. It was great to see Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford again, albeit much older. Overall, the movie doesn't strike the right balance between the story and the action, and it is exceedingly obvious throughout what is going to happen next. The next film needs to step it up a bit.

This now one of my top five favorite movies. I am really looking forward to the next installment.

This is all about re-living the original with a few new twists. It is well made with great effects but the acting is a bit over the top. But isn't that the fun of this movie. Sit back with some popcorn and have fun.

I am not a Star Wars Geek by any means but I do enjoy the movies. The quality is great with the BluRay and all of the extras are nice too. Just enjoy them for what they are; A nice story with lots of action and adventure.

A gift for someone with all the Star Wars movies on various formats. Gift was well received.
