Visually stunning, the storyline is weak, though much better than the three movies added to the beginning of the series. It is also generally not advisable to leave quite so many unanswered questions. Clift-hangers are fine for weekly television shows, but not so good for movies that will take over a year or two to get to the next chapter. Worse, they have done "something" that nearly guarantees that my wife will never want to watch it again...

As long as you don't go in thinking it is the original Star Wars, you will enjoy. It is just a different concept so you have to be open minded.

This movie is a great start to a new trilogy that picks up after return of the jedi. If you like star wars treat yourself and buy this movie.

This is the pack that should have been released back in April. If you have the previous one, this one is worth it only if you have a 3D TV.

Liked the introduction of the new characters, but the story was not original enough. It seems like they retold the New Hope (episode IV) story.

Though it was predictable it was definitely worth watching. I purchased it as the Deal of the Day and it was well worth the price I paid.

Great digital effects. Even better in 3D. A 3D Star Wars world that we have loved for years back with more adventure & characters we love.

A great movie, of course. This version has the added benefit of having a digital copy which you can watch on iTunes, and then take with you.

Good Movie, hopefully will follow through with some of the story line in future installments. Surprised that they are not offering 3-D Blu-ray.

While not a great film, this movie is entertaining. If the plot lines did not so closely parallel the original, I would give it a higher mark.

The steel case is gorgeous, and probably the main reason to get this version. Its identical in every way to the normal blue ray, but the case.

this is a good movie. took grandkids to theater to see it and then they wanted us to buy it so we could watch it again. I recommend this movie

Rehash of the original but updated graphics and action made it still an overall enjoyable film worth owning and holds up on repeat views.

Knew they would release the Blu ray first and release a 4K version later making you purchase both. JJ Abrams did a great job with this movie!

Back to its roots, a classic Star Wars adventure with a little special effects updating.....well worth returning to that galaxy far, far away!

Really liked the plot & surprise! It had plenty of action without over doing it. Would watch it over & over. Looking forward to the next one.
