If you have been wanting a star wars movie that felt like the good ol days, you need to pick this up. Lots of fun, plenty of throwbacks and we get the original cast back. If your a fan don't miss this title.

The look and execution of this film was amazing. J.J. has a Midas touch. Knew he would make stunning film after his two Star Trek enterprises. This like his Khan reboot play well despite the similarities to their predecessors. This is the film you get when the filmmaker doesn't want to botch it like they did with Episodes 1-3. Hoping for more originality and risk in the next episode.

First Star Wars not directed by George Lucas. J.J. Abrams had his work cut out for him, but delivered an excellent installment in the Star Wars series. Newcomer Daisy Ridley shines as the female lead.

I really liked how this movie recaptured the spirit of the original trilogy. My only complaint is that I saw a slight flicker in the final scene. I don't know if that's an issue with the disc or my player.

You know about the movie, etc. but I loved having both a blu ray and digital copy of the movie. Added to iTunes for watching on the go. Also, amazing behind the scenes footage if you're a Star Wars fan.

Was a little worried that the home-viewing experience wouldn't live up to the top notch 3D theater experience, but the audio and visual quality of the blu ray was fantastic. extras were a nice touch.

This movie is fantastic. A great re-opening of a long lost saga! The Blu_ray/DVD features are great too. Not only deleted scenes but a real in depth making of special that opens up the world even more.

I debated buying the normal version of the blu-ray for the collectors edition since my husband is a huge Star Wars fan. Other than the tin case, everything is the same - just costs a couple bucks more.

Good Steelbook to add to the collection; however, it does not match the other Star Wars Steelbook. Also, a local store had lots in stock when I went to pickup my pre order of this "limited exclusive".

This movie continues the great universe of Star Wars. The new cast adds a great chapter to the story of the force, recreating the adventure of destroying the Death Star, plus the new Jedi Order.

Pros: You get JJ Abrams style, visuals and storytelling in a Star Wars universe. Con: The plot and themes are nearly identical to episodes 4-6, which I found super disappointing. It was almost comically similar. Bottom line: Star Wars and non-Star Wars fans alike will enjoy this, but I was hoping for a more original story unique to following Return of the Jedi.

Yes the steelbook do not match the first 6 movies but it's close enough. But the special features not included on the first 6 steelbooks made this steelbook well worth the price . Thanks Best Buy

Awesome movie! The BluRay/DVD combo with digital copy great. Since movie put out by Disney, you can chose digital download to iTunes, which is awesome since WiFi connection not required to view.

STEELBOX is the way to go, if you like a nice looking set of box for your collection get this instead of the regular release! it's a nice add on to your collection. you will not regret it.

The movie itself is very great but what makes the purchase worth it as all the behind-the-scenes content. It also comes with a digital copy code so you can have it with you where ever you go

Love the design and feel of this SteelBook case. Inside graphics are cool but unless you take the disks out you really can't see it. If you collect SteelBooks I highly recommend this one.

Not much to say. It is Starwars. In all honesty, if you are looking at reviews to determine if you should buy this item, your not likely to be the type of person that would watch Starwars.

Excellent movie for everyone, even if you're not a Star Wars nut! This movie has new characters, along with all of the one's everybody loved from the previous movies. Do not miss this one!

Awesome packaging and of course great movie. I received the Kylo Ren steelbook version which is very cool. It's Star Wars back in its original form. Can't wait for the next films. 5 stars.

If you are a long time fan of Star Wars as I and waited in line to see the original three movies, well you will not be disappointed. Yes much more could have come in the way of this franchise yet how can one top episode IV, V and VI. Well you cannot. But thankfully the original feel and action we all sadly we handed with episodes I, II and III is long gong.
