DVD came with Blue Ray and regular DVD and digital copy. Ended up using the digital code and watching it through our Apple TV. Much better than the Episode 1 2 and 3 but not better than 4 NEW HOPE, 5 EMPIRE and 6 RETURN OF JEDI

Say what you will about the prequels (I liked them), Episode 7 leaves little doubt that the franchise is back, invigorated, and ready for more. Special effects are the best around. The steelbook packaging is also an added plus.

Love the whole series. So I obviously had to get this one to complete the collection... The steelbook case is awesome, the digital copy is the icing on the cake.. Bought four of these and gave 3 of them out for Christmas

The latest in the Star Wars saga presents an interesting dichotomy to the Star Wars fans... a plot line that is eerily familiar makes one question if they ran out of ideas or if they are allowing the viewer to debate whether those who fail to learn from the past are doomed to repeat it or whether the history of the universe is in some way cyclical and doomed to repetition. The metal case is a nice Best Buy Exclusive.

I think this movie did a great job of re-igniting interest in a new generation without carrying on all of the weight of the previous movies. The BluRay had a good balance of extras if not as all encompassing as the prequel set.

This movie is a good stand alone movie but as with many other movies released in the past year the story was a repeat of an earlier movie in the series. Great visuals, enjoyed many of the new characters, some cool planet scenes. But the story arc was weak and at many points felt like a recreation of the original film. Dropped to 4 stars due to lack of creativity in many of the plot points, but a fun film to watch.

The steelbook release, which is exclusive to Best Buy, is a must for Star Wars collectors. It's also awesome that it comes with the digital copy for ease of watching on the go. Great movie worth owning to watch over and over.

Star wars the way we have been waiting for. No jar jar.. no droids and no George lucas to screw us again.! If you love the original than go out and buy this on blu ray now. Because these are not the droids you are looking for!

After over a decade of slumber the beloved star wars series has returned and it didnt miss a beat. Fans of the series must see this !!! Newer fans to the series will be mkre interested in the older films if they see it as well

This is an awesome movie I had to have for my collection. Since I plan on keeping this DVD for a looong time I got the special limited edition metal case only available at Best Buy . I highly recommend it to any Star Wars fan!

Of course this is not Best Buy's fault, but I bought yesterday (11/16/16), was excited to watch it in 3D and guess what...it was a standard Blu-Ray. Weak sauce! I tried 15 other 3D Blu-Ray to make sure it was not my equipment. Never came across something like this before. But I know when I return I will get another one. I have read great review about the 3D, so fingers crossed on next one I get when I return.

Well I know all the critics have horrible things to say about this movie but I loved it. I know its very similar to the original but the special features, sound effects and humor were a great return to the Star Wars franchise.

So happy to see any Star Wars incarnations on the silver screen I am able to overlook the liberties taken with respect to what is now considered "canon" and "legacy". Haha. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie, Disney did a great job!

I love movies. If you need an evening to disappear to a galaxy far far away...then this is the movie for you. Drama, comedy, action...all in one movie. The Force Awakens is a great addition to the greater intergalactic family.

Excellent movie. I think they're all great but I hated Jar Jar. This movie is awesome but I was sad with the whole Han Solo drama. I'm really happy that I spent the extra money for the Steel Book version (being a fan and all).

As first I was skeptical when I heard they would be doing more movies, and also that Disney and JJ Abrams were involved, but all of my concerns were put to rest very quickly. Great story, great acting, great action. LOVED IT!

As a 3D movie enthusiast, I'm always impressed by the quality of Disney 3D movies...the best in the business! And this movie doesn't disappoint, 2nd favorite slightly behind Avatar 3D... A MUST for fans of the series!

A shame that the only way to get the new bonus features is with this set. The previous release was really lackluster on them. While 3D seems to be losing favor in the market, this is still the best version of TFA to own!

This special edition truly is special .Bought the set for the 3D disc never expecting that the overall package was so terrific. Gave my steel case version to my daughter. Oh, and the movie is pretty darn good, as well.

Put the movie in my cart and a few days later the price dropped. Ordered it, picked it up no hassle. Great package. I have 3 boys in 2 states. One got the dvd, one the blu ray and the youngest got the download. Awesome Sauce!
