I have watched this a few times. It is just a lot of fun for a Star Wars fan.

Star Wars is back in all its glory. Have watched it several times. Wished it was available in 3D

Ok, I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan, but I am a fan and was somewhat disappointed with JJ Abrams' take. After his masterful reboot of Star Trek, he creates a meandering, somewhat dull film with two characters who aren't all that compelling in Rhey and Poe. Finn is actually a welcome addition, although John Boyega tends to overact a time or two here. It was great to see Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford again, albeit much older. Overall, the movie doesn't strike the right balance between the story and the action, and it is exceedingly obvious throughout what is going to happen next. The next film needs to step it up a bit.

The movie was as described. It is a great movie and I look forward to continuing with the series.

While this film lacks originality in narrative, it made Star Wars fun again. Disney added a fresh and fun new batch of characters into a galaxy far, far away.
