Customers value the interactive gameplay and innovative control scheme of the game, finding the story engaging and well-suited to its setting. However, some players found the game's difficulty challenging, particularly in later levels. The positive feedback on controls and story outweighs the concerns about difficulty.

Deffinately pushing my limits on ability to get all the moves down with a limited amount of time. Love the theme and story behind this. Always a passion for Star Wars. Best game I have found to get you into the action but not too complicated to figure out. I shall win in the end.

This is a good game if you are a big Star Wars fan or not. The story line in the game is amazing. You will have a lot of fun playing this game. But if you want good graphics I suggest you get it for Xbox 360 or PS3 becasue its not that great for the Wii. It is for all ages but might be a little bit harder for the younger kids about under 10. You will definitly have fun throughout the game. I definatley suggest you buy this game it is worth every cent.

Pre-note: I am a huge Star Wars nerd, so this is hard for me to write. Review: I was so excited to find out about this game, two years before it came out. I had hoped that with the Wii it was going to be a lot more fun, but then I got it and was extremely disappointed. The controls were pre-set, so that when you swung up, you would do an uppercut, if you swung left-right, you would do this fancy swing move; but you couldn't actually use the lightsaber in the way you wanted. I basically ended up flailing my hand around and seeing where it took me. It is still fun, but I wish that you could actually use the wiimote like a real lightsaber, as in the way that you moved, Starkiller would move. Also the "campaign" is really, really short. You can beat it within 2-3 hours, if not less. You mind as well get it for Xbox, PS3, or PC, but it is still fun to play on the Wii. And on another note, the voice acting (on Wii at least) is horrible. And the graphics are just....meh.

I was pumped to get this game after playing the xbox 360 demo. I got it (at best buy of course) and started playing. The first lvl with darth vadar was annoying because you coudnt see anything. i would try to throw somthing at the enemies but it moved around a lot and u coudnt even see the enemies. So after the first lvl i was already annoyed. The second lvl was even more annying because as i got to the boss (general kato) he was practically invincible. On top of you couldnt even see him without his lighsaber on and his force techniques were incredibly more powerful yours. I could expect that level of boss if you were playing with the xbox 360 but since with the wii the reaction isnt perfect it makes it much harder to play. After this i gave up. I could find this game very fun if it was for xbox 360 with much easier control but with the wii it is much more challenging. Thus i would expect the opponets to be less difficult but no it is not. I also find that your health is way to low. All you do is have to be hit about 6 times by blaster bolts and your dead. On top of bad lighting this game is not very good for the wii. If you have any other system GET IT FOR THAT SYSTEM or else you will waste $50. unless you enjoy aggravating games with hard control.

Overall, I liked this game. The fact that the Wii Remote acted directly as your Lightsaber was really cool. Though the graphics lacked slightly, this was made up for with the Wii-exclusive Duel Mode with a variety of characters from across the Star Wars Universe.
In conclusion, it's not a perfect 10/10, but it's worth the price!

This game is the bomb. It will leave you wanting to play more. The story line also fits perfictly for ending at the 3 movie and starting in the 4th. The ending was also really great. There were no glitches at all so there basicly nothin to complai about. if you have the chance get it.

This Star Wars game is fun for the whole family. The kids love the use of saber battles and the grown ups love the visual effects. Only problem was the control would lag at times making accurate attacks a bit more difficult. Easy to learn and much to do in this title. This is a must get for everyone.

The only good thing about this game is the realistic controls. Everything else is mediocre. The graphics are junk and the realism on everything besides the controls are junk.

This star wars game is unlike any other. It is really fun and makes you feel like a real Jedi. Both the multiplayer and single player alike are fun. This game gives you an awesome deal on the price.

I purchased this game yesterday from Best Buy with high expectations and lucky for me this game did not dissapoint. The first level was a little tedious as Darth Vader doesn't possess some of the abilities you get later in the game (i.e. running, jumping, lightning), but once you get passed that, it is awesome to say the least. Lots of action, and more force abilities than you can shake a stick at make this game a must buy for someone who owns a Wii. (Oh and as a side note, there is no shortage of things that you can destroy, which is a plus for those of you who love to work out aggressions using games like I do)

This game has good interactivity with the wiimote and nunchuck
But beware it might not be a good idea to let little kids play because the stormtroopers at times cuss!

TOO MUCH HYPE

My son (and I) was so excited to finally get this game. we waited and waited it seemed, especially since they pushed the release date back 6 months. when he finally purchased the game, he couldnt wait to get home to play. He played approximately 2 hours a day for 5 days and it was over. Oh by the way, did I mention that HE IS 9. This game did not live up to the hype. At least other games he has, he plays again and again. I dont believe he has played this game once since finishing it in less than 10 hours. We do love many of the other wii games he has, just not this one.

Good but too short

This is a good game but only gives you 6-7 hours of gameplay so it's too short to be a great one. Also, if you re in it for the storyline, you should be aware that the timeline does not line up all that well with the movies. I can't say more because it would be a spoiler, but it's something to be aware of. This game would be a good rental if you have a free weekend but don't waste your money buying it.

The game is very good and lots of fun on the Wii. Wielding a light saber, doing force pushes, all way cool. However, the "finishing mechanic" is pathetic, at least on the Wii.
The "finishing mechanic" is engaged once you get a boss down to a certain level of health. You have to follow what is on-screen which will be either to move the nunchuk or the remote. This is also used when there are force locks or saber locks, but with force locks and saber locks the mechanic works well. The finishing mechanic on the other hand is pathetic and therefore frustrating taking away almost all the fun out of the game.
The finishing mechanic is so pathetic that often you won't even have 1 second to do what it shows. You might get a "wa" out of "one Mississippi" out. This typically happens on the 2nd or subsequent required movement. I've even seen the finishing mechanic exit after NEVER displaying the next required movement. It's horrible and takes all the fun out of the game.
Why play if a design flaw prohibits progression through the game. LucasArts should give people their money back. It's too bad too because other than what I would call a clear flaw the game is a blast on the Wii. I bought a Wii for this game which makes it even more of a let-down.

This is pretty similar to the other Starwars games but with improvements. You can't really control the force well so you have to hope the game figures out where you want something to go. Also the camera is sometimes really bad. The AI also doesn't move sometimes. Also it has a pretty weak ending when you destroy the whole battleship with the force. So basically just buy it if your a pretty deep starwars fan.
