A lot of the complaints about this movie are the opposite of complaints about Ep. VII. The Star Wars fanbase is incapable of being pleased because of their nostalgia for the original trilogy. It's a great movie.

Star wars the last Jedi, was not what everyone expected, but worth watching and owning. It's also a show that the steel book edition aligns with the rest of the steel book images of the series.

At two and a half hours, it might be a bit overstuffed (bloat is the perpetual curse of the modern blockbuster) but this is easily the best Star Trek film since Spaceballs! (Seriously though, it’s good.)

This much maligned Star Wars film has become one of my favorites in the series. Great performances, super special effects, and some great plot twists. The Special Features disc is well worth the extra money.

This movie is epic. I am a huge fan of Star Wars, so this movie hit home for me. They're taking it to new heights and creating more stories for us all to enjoy. This had amazing graphics and awesome action.

Onother one for tha collection, got me a good deal and bought the hall set in 4K

The Last Jedi soars with a remarkable, powerful, full-featured Dolby Atmos soundtrack. But as with the companion Blu- ray's DTS 7.1 presentation, this one is best enjoyed, and fully realized, at a calibrated 0Db, whereas some other tracks may present too loudly at that setting. Regardless, once the volume is in proper position, the track produces one of the most enriching and perfectly complimentary listens on the market. Even as there are only scattered moments of discrete overhead engagement, the added fluidity, spatial volume, and total stage coverage make the Atmos track a superior to the DTS presentation. The track delivers a seemingly endless assault of musical and sound effects joy, both playing with fully engaged side and surround immersion. John Williams' score is, of course, a highlight, belting triumphant, stage-stretching and surround-encompassing goodness and rumbling support bass in deep and dense musical cues that presents essential notes and subtle support details with equal clarity. Action scenes are huge. Smaller ships zip, larger ships rumble, blaster fire penetrates the entire stage in one seamless line, and lightsabers tear about the soundstage with their distinctive, bass-heavy density, whether as Rey practices her trade on Ahch-To or during a key lightsaber battle partway through the film. Additionally, various scenes in which Ren and Rey telepathically communicate with one another see their voices swirl around the listening area with a precision that melts away the speakers, so clear and precise is the presentation. Canto Bight is home to some prodigious bass first as various racing creatures power along a racetrack and later as one of them bellows in a rumbling baritone. There's no end to the track's dominance. Every scene enjoys perfect complimentary detail, whether modest support atmospherics or large music and fluidly moving action. Dialogue is clear and precise, the final piece to an exceptionally well engineered and extremely enjoyable Star Wars sound bonanza.

I have seen the movie multiple times in the theater. To see it with a 4k TV and on 4k HDR is unreal. I had to watch a few of the scenes over and over again in awe of the clarity and graphics. A must have.

This movie is a lot of fun to watch. The plot points take major left turns from where we were headed in the previous movie but it's still an enjoyable film. But haters gonna hate so what can you do?

Love Star Wars movies. The Last Jedi is an excellent movie with great cinematography and looks great on the 4K Blu-ray. Audio is excellent also. Worth a purchase. Watched the movie on my new SONY HDR10 TV.

The most polarizing Star Wars film to date, The Last Jedi has some stunning visuals but struggles with pacing. The things it does well, it does very well. The relationship between Rey and Luke as well as Rey and Kyle is incredible, but it’s too frequently interrupted by irrelevant subplots which don’t pay off in the end. The slow paced chase scenes between the First Order and Resistance grind the film to a halt, and the overly CGI scenes on Canto Bight are reminiscent of the prequels, without any of the charm. Overall it’s not bad, but not what many fans were expecting or hoping for.

Star Wars fans are way too divisive over their franchise. This is a great film with a well told story and action fun. See for yourself and you may for once agree with the critics in a good way

I'm not a super Star Wars fan but I really enjoy watch this movie. The fighting scene, the spaceships, the story and the characters are so Star Wars style. For me, it's a good 2 hours time to spend.

Made me believe in the force all over again. Action between light and dark works great. Its back to the roots of good vs. evil. It’s the second part of worth watching trilogy again.

I had my reservations about this Film since some of my nerd - friends went ape over tiny details. However, I found it fun, and continue to wonder what happened to Luke... I recommend it highly!

If you enjoyed TFA, I feel this movie was of similar quality. Some were turned off by the grumpy hermit take on Luke, but I dug it. If that idea doesn't appall you, this is a quality film with some flaws.

I love Star Wars and this steelbook is great. The movie was just ok. They butchered the character of Luke Skywalker in the name of art. Director takes himself too seriously and thinks he’s being creative.

A divisive film to say the least but I loved it. Probably the most ambitious Star Wars film since Rogue One, and it's delivered here in 4k with an outstanding looking steelbook art package.

I love the Star Wars Saga...all parts of it. This movie brought all the questions I had after Episode VII closer to being answered and left me wanting so see the next installment for the finale
