Good movie to end series, 4K quality and Dolby atmos sound make this an enjoyable movie

This is a very good follow up to the Star Wars saga. Very good acting on the part of the heroin and the antagonist but the story could have been better considering this is the last. No spoilers this time, see it for yourself, very family friendly which is not something that could be said with a lot of movies out there today

It's a good movie and the 4K quality is wonderful.

This is my first 4K purchase and I have to say the quality is amazing. Plus this comes with Blu-ray if you decide that 4K is too much for your eyes to process but I can’t see how this would happen. Also comes with tons of features. Will never go back to Blu-ray or DVD ever again!

As an original 3 lover I liked this movie. More reliant of, less cgi. Story does seem a little rehashed, but it’s what we love. It’s amazing to me that the kids ( and younger adults) find the prequels to be the best. They are very entertaining also but that JaJa is still very irritating

I personally think JJ did an amazing job wrapping up this amazing saga. This could have easily been 2 films (kinda wish it was) but I still enjoyed this movie. The action is non-stop and what a great twist ending! I’ve grown up watching Star Wars, bittersweet that it’s concluded. Look forward to the next story!

Well this is the last piece of a puzzle that has spanned most of my life. From way back in 1977 at the drive-in to the mega movie complex with reclining chairs in 2019 this has been a part of me and the story is mostly wrapped up. It was a good ending of the story a must watch. Now the new chapter begins!

I had originally bought the movie on a streaming service when it first came out, but after seeing it run from a 4K disc, I knew I had to get it for myself also. The picture quality and sound is soooo much cleaner, sharper, and just a better experience! I'm really happy I purchased it on 4K UHD disc.

I bought it for the 4K UHD content and Dolby Atmos. I was not disappointed. Some may not like the story line, but the cinematography was incredible especially seen in UHD. The digital 4K copy is available over multiple platforms when logged into my movies anywhere. I would recommend to a friend.

This is a great finale to the Star Wars Saga. A lot of things come full circle in this movie and it really ties up the loose ends. As for the quality of the movie, the visual effects are stunning, as expected, and so is the sound track. If you have Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, you are in for a treat!

I will not be reviewing the movie here but yet the Blu-ray itself. I have not yet streamed the digital copy so as a baseline I will be using The Last Jedi Blu-ray. Let's start with the picture. Colors are spot-on with nice, deep black levels and the bright whites are enough to make you squint from 12 feet away on my 65 inch Samsung 8 series although the 4K HDR version will probably take it a step up from here. Now let's get into the sound. The 7.1 DTS Master Audio soundtrack is perfect and delivers just what the producers intended. However, I found myself having to turn the volume on my receiver up about 7 more decibels from the last movie in order to achieve the same levels of sound. Once there though, it is incredible and comparable to what I experienced in the theaters. The waves crashing we're awesome and offered room shaking, chest thumping bass, and you here every crackle of the lightsaber battles as if they were right next to you. All in all this was still on my list to own and I would highly recommend it for a fan or moviegoers collection!

The picture and sound quality is everything you would expect of a 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray on a newer 4K TV. The Rise of Skywalker is a fun movie that wraps up the Star Wars series and yet allows for a new set of stories to be developed. There are many reviews of the movie itself that have been published.

I’ve always loved Star Wars, so I may be a little biased. It was a nice finish to this chapter, even though I still prefer the original three. The picture quality and graphics were very nice.

When I saw this movie at the theater, I was somewhat disappointed because it was not what I was expected, but after viewing it several times at home, I have changed my mind. After all Carrie Fisher's death changed everything because it was supposed to be her movie it would be revealed just what a powerful Jedi she was. That was the way I heard it anyway. I don't have 4K so I can only say that I was very pleased with the video and after increasing the volume and bass, I was very pleased with the audio. I wish Disney still made the discs like they used to because they sounded just like the movie, but for some reason they have reduced the audio output. I don't understand that, but I found after following the advice of someone on the internet of how to fix the audio, I can live with it. I like physical media. I don't want to only be able to get the movies online in digital media. This disc provides the theater experience and my new SVS-PB 3000 subwoofer rocks! If you liked this movie, you won't be disappointed with the blu ray!

Ok, Ok. I am not reviewing the movie because everyone already knows how mind-blowingly disappointing this film was. Yes, I saw it in the theater, yes, I went and bought the DVD anyway. Let's not linger on disappointments. The Best Buy experience was ok I had to go to 2 different stores because the first one listed it as being in stock but wasn't and the second store listed 1 in stock but had three. Way to pick up your own slack Best Buy. The packaging was mildly dinged up but I am not concerned because this product will never be worth anything, no one will ever search out a mint copy of this film. As a matter of fact I only bought it out of compulsion to complete my set. I will view the extras but hold out no hope that within the added bits there will surprisingly be the perfect version of this movie which was being held back just so that Disney could amaze true fans who went out and bought this atrocity on DVD despite it's multitude upon multitude of flaws and bad craftsmanship.

Watched it in the theater with my youngest daughter, felt like the climax to a 40 year journey. She and I started watching this last trio of Star Wars movies when they came out at Christmas a few years ago. She actually went back to watch all the prior movies before going to see The Force Awakens.

I’ve been a fan of Star Wars since my parents took me to the very first one at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in 1977. I really enjoyed The Rise of Skywalker, despite some plot inconsistencies. I really enjoyed the special effects and all of the characters. Too bad this is supposed to be the final in the Skywalker saga. Hopefully they will continue with some of the new characters.

I saw this first at the movies and was like it’s just ok. But since it’s a Star Wars and I have all the other movies in the series I had to have it. Well after watching it at home I have to say I enjoyed it much better. First off at the movies I found some of the scenes so dark in color that I had a hard time seeing it. But on 4k it helped me understand more of the story .

I love this, final installment of the saga. Because the 4K disc was faulty, I exchanged it. THAT process--NOT great. Couldn't get through to an actual person; couldn't find exchange procedure online. Ended up driving to my store and making the curbside crew deal with it. Which they did just fine.

When looking for first runs and releases get them at Best Buy. 4K, Blue Ray, or DVD, BB will have them. I got a 4K of the latest Star Wars. I have a 4K system and getting new 4K is not easy especially with social distancing, and self imposed lock downs. Drive up and pick up is really nice.
