After The Last Jedi, it seemed like a big challenge to wrap up this series. Overall the storyline is good, the actors are great and a reasonable balance with special effects. But there are a lot of unexplained subplots. But the good news is they left the story in a state that feels complete but there is still a path forward.

Hello Disney and 4K Blu-ray disc is highly minimal. The 4K quality is excellent and the sound meets my standards. I am highly satisfied with this 4K Blu-ray. The actual movie on the other hand was very rushed and Lacked a proper ending in my opinion.

There's still too much going on in this last SW chapter, but Best Buy made it easy. Online, I purchased, got notified when it was ready, and had super-quick curbside service. Best Buy really has made this whole lockdown experience much easier for us.

The 4K and sound is really good on this Star Wars.

Not the best movie of them all but a must have to complete the collection. Good option if going to upgrade to 4K ultra. Watched it on blue ray but plan on upgrading player and tv soon so worth the little extra cost and got it on sale, so no brained.

I know there are plenty of people who hated this last movie in the franchise and you have have your opinions. I thought the biggest issue with this movie was the fact that JJ Abrams tried to fit so much content in this movie to make up for the lack of continuity in the Last Jedi as related to the full series. Just because you think that The Force Awakens was a rehash if A New Hope and it made you mad, doesn’t mean it was a bad movie. In fact, if you look at the original, the prequels and then these movies, you will find a common theme and I think the battle truly fit the series (it never made sense that Ray was a nobody). Just enjoy it for what it is, entertainment. If you don’t, move on already and get over your preconceived notions that you know better than the writers and Lucas’ throughs on the sequels. If you hate them just don’t watch them.

This powerful film really adds a lot more depth to one of the most important characters in the whole saga. A must-have for any Star Wars fan. The 4K is beyond stunning!

If you're a fan of Star Wars, you've got to see how it all ends. This movie completely wraps up the story and actually made me feel better than I have about the franchise since Disney took over. Well, this and Rogue One. Another Star Wars great.

as a star wars fan, it was better than the last jedi. but of the last 3 movies, the force awakens was the best one. this movie puts an end to this chapter of star wars but who really knows if the dark side is gone for good now.

The final film in this trilogy I thought was excellent. Even though many hate this trilogy for whatever reason, it is just a fantasy world where plot lines and "Why didn't they do it this way" issues do not matter. Star Wars was meant to be a cheesy space western old time movie reel feel just for our entertainment, that's it. If you make a movie your way, someone will always dislike it. Who cares, your movie, your rules, you made it for people to be entertained in some way. This movie does that for me. I like how most if not all questions were answered to bring the story full circle and back to the beginning of the Sith Emperor and the end of the Sith as well. There is now a clean slate to start a whole new story arc in future movies. I really enjoyed this and have watched it many times now in theaters and at home.

There is so much to this story I could not take it all in at the theater. And actually, I enjoyed this film even more the 2nd time! Excellent video and audio transfers, just wish there were some outtakes (maybe an undiscovered Easter Egg?).

This a great movie, especially for Star Wars fans. It has action, emotion, chuckle moments and a lot more. Without giving it away, there are some unexpected surprises. I really enjoyed watching and I will really enjoy watching it again!

JJ Abrams loves reusing and adapting concepts. Little is fresh or new. If you have seen Return of the Jedi, you have seen an earlier, better version of this movie. Video and audio are did notch. Effects are as good as state of the art cg can provide Acting it fine ...story is another JJ Abrams retread.

It's not a question of what kind of fans you are or not. It has nothing to do with conforming to world criticism and not, it has only one thing: to be objective. The film never takes off, it looks like a long, immense, endless trailer, with a story with a very strong potential, but treated as one of the worst stories in pre-production phases. If the other two chapters of the new trilogy (Episode VII and VIII) had disappointed you, then this will make you dream, but in your imagination, because the film does not help your imagination. It is true that there has been a need to rectify events that have already been treated badly, but the film lacks pathos, rhythm and appropriate characterization. Despite this, for the most avid nostalgics, the film will be bearable and watchable. A bitter conclusion, for a stellar saga.

I've been a Star Wars fan since the first film came out in 1977. I've been swept along with the characters of Like, Leia, Han, Chewie, etc.... and I was pleased with the ending of their story. Plus the 4K Ultra HD picture was great.

The 4K is really good. The picture and sound are fantastic. The fighting scene was incredible on Kef Bir where the ruins of the Death Star were. The waves crashing while the fighting scene went on was amazing in 4K.

I liked the movie but I understand a lot of people didn't. For me I was happy with undoing anything and everything that happened in The Last Jedi, but that puts the movie in an odd spot. Picture and audio are out of this world!

It's a Star Wars film so you have to like it (at least a little) not the best in the franchise. Seams like they are stretching and getting a little out there for plot and action. Saw it in the theater and need the disc to continue our collection. Have not watched it at home yet.

Great movie with action galore! Watched it on a big screen with the surround sound cranked up! I like the way they insert some of the older characters. It is well made & well worth your time to watch...especially without commercials!

The 4K image is amazing, while the movie is a bit polarizing, it is still a fun time. The visuals really pop in the last few scenes and the sound is second to none! John Williams score brings everything home! A must have for any Star Wars fan and the digital copy is great!
