I was surprised to receive a brand new Teebo which just came out. Great looking figure with a delightful paint job and full of accessories.

I picked up my figure in store and was able to exchange for the figure I wanted. The figures are a nice size and classic Star Wars design.

Whether its OnTrac (Best Buy’s third-party delivery service) or Best Buy’s personal warehouse handling, orders placed online are always a gamble nowadays. It’s an absolute travesty because in the end, it’s wasting your time, money, energy, and patience. I would not recommend anyone purchasing these items with the words ‘May Vary’. You will not get what you want, as I ordered three of these and got the same character. Absolute degenerate. Also looked like someone tried to steal one of the Greef Karga figures I received. The top left corner was slit, as if by a pocket knife. I will not be doing this again. Again, a huge waste of your time. I cannot support this scheme of a business model.
