    Awful scale ! I get a different weight reading every time I step on this scale . Even after zeroing it reads inconsistently every time .

    We received the scale and it didn't work. We contacted the company directly and they replaced the scale. We feel that the scale that Best Buy sent us was a returned product and we got stuck with it.
