Love this product great speeds and very easy to set up

Where I live my only option for High Speed internet was Starlink. I am pleased with the speeds and reliability of Starlink. Average Download is 375-400 and upload is averaging around 23-30 with a ping around 22ms.

Setup was a breeze, recieving better internet service at my rural residence than i have ever had in the past. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased this for our northern Wisconsin cottage where (believe it or not) the only internet option is still DSL. Needed something faster than 10 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up... Set up was very straightforward, and speeds are excellent. Consistently getting > 150 Mbps down and > 10 Mbps up with very low (< 50 ms) latency. Enough to support 2 simultaneous video calls + online gaming. We've had several thunderstorms with heavy rain and did see a decrease in throughput and occasional mini outages (less than a second), but not enough to knock us out of meetings. Pricey, yes, but worth it if you need to telework.

Very easy to setup, and works as described. The dish is made so nice that I have dilemma of not wanting to damage it by putting it outside.

Highly recommend if you’re looking to switch your internet provider. We were able to use existing cable routes made by the previous owners of our home to hook everything up. It was extremely easy to install and set up, the app you can download has incredibly easy to understand instructional videos. It also helps to correctly position your satellite. Our home is on a wooded lot, and even with about a 20% obstruction (which was the best we could do) it’s very fast and reliable. There is zero disappointment on our end.

Had the item in stock when I needed it, as the one I had previously bought was defective. This one worked perfectly and was easy to install as always.

I live out in the country and our local internet provider skipped a section our road to upgrade. Our local electric company is getting high speed internet but it said 2025. My kids needed internet for college and high school so I took a chance on Starlink. This has been the best high speed internet. More than one person can be on at the same time. My son’s games download in a blink on his Xbox. It has been so nice. It even does well in bad weather. With the app, it’s very easy to install. The only thing extra you would have to buy is something to mount it on your home with. Definitely worth the price for me.

I had my doubts on how well this would work. Decided to try it. Couldn't beat the discount best buy gave for memorial day and so far this starlink is working pretty good. I'm a truck driver so i use the roaming plan. Its pricey but works really well.

Absolutely everything I’d hoped it would be! Great download and upload speeds. I stream tv all day and use about 10 devices at a time with no lag!

We purchased the starlink for travel in our RV and it has not disappointed us at all. The product is made of quality construction, the cord is long enough for the RV and various places to put it when traveling. It is so easy to set up and takes almost non time to do it. The signal strength is amazing. Even when we have had trees, we still get a very fast connection and no issues streaming and using the computer. Because of starlink we can use our camera security system anytime we leave. Great product and happy we got it. The only negative is you have to go to starlink's website for any additional products like the pole attachment, etc.

Every aspect was seamless. Purchase, installation, setup and most importantly operation and functionality. It would be better only if it were free.

Insane internet speed! Super easy to set up. I've had the internet drop temporarily a couple times, but my dish alignment was several degrees off. The app is really cool and shows you cool information about your connectivity. The only main issue I've had is Starlink’s CGNAT and networking design make it unnecessarily difficult to use apps like Plex for direct server connections, leading to confusing settings, broken workarounds, and poor user experience despite fast internet speeds.

Doubled my Wi-Fi speed, great installation, easy to set up

Product is great, super easy setup and installation. I was able to connect to the internet in <30 minutes. I now have much faster connection to the internet than was previously supplied by cable service. NOW THE DOWNSIDE: Best Buy LIED and does NOT carry any of the Starlink accessories for 3rd Gen devices. I was told by the online sales rep that I could order the 45m cable and pole mount for the satellite. When I asked them to confirm twice, they said YES. However the system came with the 15m cable and standard mount. VERY angry that I am not able to mount the device on a pole or at the location where there is no interference.
