Worked well for gen 3 and mounting we used our own screws

I bought a starlink mount from best buy at 5201 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242. They charged $71.00 for this mount. When I was installing the system I noticed in the starlink app you can purchase the exact same mount for $10.00. So I waited before using the mount I purchased from bestbuy until the mount from starlink showed up to verify it was the same one. After it showed up I went to bestbuy to return the mount I purchased from them due to the $61.00 price difference. I was currently at the 30 day mark and they said they couldn't process the return due to a 14 day policy unless I purchased a $50 plus membership to get a 60 day return window. I spoke to a manager who had very little to say. Not even an apology. I asked him if there was anything we could do and all he said was unfortunately not. I would understand not accepting a return outside of their policy if I was returning an electronic or something with a battery, but this was just a mounting bracket that they charge 6 times more for than the manufacturer. I would have been just as happy if they offered me a store credit of some kind instead of just telling me there is nothing they can do. No wonder that parking lot is always empty.

Includes all hardware needed (except for drill bit and drill, of course). It was easy to install. My only suggestion is to include washers where the lag screws hit the painted metal, as the paint there was stripped off when the lags were tightened.

Mounted on 4x4 wood post. Easy to mount. Mounting instructions are like many these days - mostly pictures, few words. Designed for an illiterate public! Works great!

This is not a complicated item, but it works as intended. It comes with lag bolts and simple mounting instructions. It is adjustable to a limited degree, which is fine because the new dish does not motor and only needs to be "aligned" once.

Easy to install the whole kit. I put the Starlink Satellite Internet equipment together myself. But I had to pay someone to install the support for the Starlink equipment. My drill was not strong enough for the two bolts that holds it in place.

Ive installed 12 starlink systems and this mount is by far the esiest to setup than other mounts out there.

Perfect for mounting starlink to the gable side facia. All the hardware was included and there were good instructions. I had looked at other mounts but decided on this OEM mount and was not disappointed. It's very sturdy, had long lag bolts, includes silicone caulk for bolt holes, and snaps together easily. Adjustment for alignment is easy and has a positive clamping scheme so the antenna won't rotate in high winds.

Made mounting our Starlink a breeze! We had our unit installed in minutes and were up and running in no time!

Perfect mount for me. I live in the mountains in a canyon surrounded by pine trees. I put a 4x4 in the ground and then used this mount and it’s great!
