I wanted something I could use to steam clean costumes that are difficult to clean. I have found this product works great! I ordered a hand held steamer also, to compare the two and found it to be quite heavy to hold in my hand even before filling with water so I chose this one. Also, I liked the feature that I could hang the garment then steam.

Require very little set up and heat fast. Best for soft fabrics (like cotton jersey), garments that are difficult to press (like a suit jacket)

This is a good piece of product if you are looking to get rid of wrinkles and odor from your clothes. I am not sure if it is an alternative to dry clean because I have not tried it yet for getting rid of stains. I must add that you will need to use your iron if you want perfectly creased clothes as this will only get rid of wrinkles.

This steamer works but there is better ones out there. I returned and unfornately best buy didnt carry the brand\model i needed.

For the price, I can’t complain. Not sure whether steamers in general are supposed to be as good as an iron but it gets enough wrinkles out for me in a short amount of time.

I have never had one but got it as I like my bedding ironed and I thought this would be easier! It wasn't! Needs lots of improvements for this to work!

I've only used it one time to iron my husband shirt for his suit. It wasn't very wrinkled but had a hard time trying to iron. I'm thinking I need more practice.

This is my first steamer ever, it was very quick and easy to assemble. I really enjoy the hanger feature that allows me to hang close as we'll sat steam them. It steams cloths really fast and simply.
