Its a good product, but there is a small issue, the cord doesnt have a section to wrap around. box said that it came with 2 removeable covers, yet it only came with one

For a lower priced steam mop, it does the job. No frills, easy to use and light weight. Not sure about the quality overall, time will tell, but the handle can feel a bit flimsy when using. I think best for homes that don't have large areas to clean.

This is an average mop vacuum and light weight. I had to return as I needed a more heavier to clean and mop.
