Customer Ratings & Reviews

This mouse completely blew away my expectations. The Aerox 3 feels unbelievably light — it glides across the mousepad with zero resistance, making quick flicks and micro-adjustments effortless. The honeycomb design not only looks amazing but keeps my hand cool during long gaming sessions. The RGB lighting is clean and vibrant, adding the perfect aesthetic touch to my setup. But where this mouse really shines is performance — the sensor is insanely accurate, and the clicks feel crisp and responsive every single time. Pairing it with SteelSeries Engine software takes it to another level — I can fine-tune DPI, lighting effects, and even adjust debounce settings for faster click response, which makes a huge difference in competitive games that demand speed and precision. It’s super lightweight, durable, and designed for gamers who need every millisecond to count. Once you try it, going back to any heavier mouse feels impossible.

Can’t beat the price, super lightweight. Was worried about the wired version, I feel it can affect high level competitive gameplay but it’s so lightweight, I don’t notice it. You can customize the RGB to match your setup. Wire is long enough for almost any setup. It has outlasted any wireless mouse I’ve owned. HIGHLY recommend. BUY THIS MOUSE!

[Employee of bestbuy] I love this mouse. It’s not super expensive but it works great. I especially love it because I have small hands, and it’s fairly easy to grip. It’s lightweight, and it’s wired which I prefer just for a better connection. It still has RGB lighting which I’m a huge fan of. You can also adjust the cursor speed as well like most gaming mice. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing starter gaming mouse with lot of features to personalized it, with the RGB ligths. Love the design and the ligth it feels, DPI adjustments and some buttons to have extra features to help you in the games you play which always come in handy!

So far I've had no problems and it feels great to use.

Super light gaming mouse that's why I love SteelSeries! Nice RGB lightning you can adjust it with their software if you want to customize your RGB lightning. Best upgrade ever recommend this to everybody.

Great mouse. Super lightweight and responsive. I upgrade to this from a cooler master mouse and saw a lot of improvement with my aim. It fit well in my hand for both a claw grip and palm grip. The rgb is also nice. Very satisfied.

SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wired is a reliable, high-performing gaming mouse that’s perfect for competitive players seeking speed and precision without the bulk. If you don’t mind the holey look, this could easily become your new favorite. Highly recommended!!

Was looking for a good entry level mouse with rgbs of course. Feels good and light. Lights are bright and can sync with my steelseries keyboard. Very good pricng diring holiday sales!

Mouse is so light! Best for gaming! It is one of the best in the market!

Not a bad mouse, but nothing to write home about. It does feel quite small in my hand and the steel series light control panel is kind of annoying to use, but other than that its okay. It does lack side buttons so if you are a gamer who likes to have those side buttons do not buy this mouse.

Super light, change the DPI with just a click, wired, so it’s got good response.

I've been testing it for a couple of weeks. At first, the buttons seemed small, but you get used to it over time. I recommend it if you're going to play Fortnite, and setting it up with the app is very easy.

This is my favorite mouse. I prefer the wireless version but for the price, the wired version is great value. During gaming, you can't tell the wire is there as it doesn't affect your movement since the mouse itself is so lightweight. It fits great too as I have large hands. I used to have the wireless version but I have kids so eventually one of them spilled something on it turning it into a paperweight. Now that I'm using the wired version, it feels almost identical and if they spill something on this one, I can replace it easy. Actually I might buy a 2nd one just in case....

Great mouse! Almost perfect in fact. Shape, weight, tracking, and overall feel are amazing and spot on. A couple things hold it back from being a 5 star. -the PTFE glides are not rounded on the edges. This causes the mouse to sound scratchy and drag on certain mouse mats. In time they will wear down and this will not be a problem. But I instead ordered replacement ones from my go to place anyway. - last thing is the mouse left and right click buttons. Just to much side to side play in these. It was a issue in the original version of this mouse and this seems to be the only issue they didn’t fully fix on the new 2022 version sadly.

its very light, fast and it has nice rgb colors i recommend for a budget mouse

Best gaming mouse, very light and easy to use. Hand’s don’t get sweaty and slippery. Love it
