These headphones are everything I ever look for in a headset. Plug directly into your Controller? Yes. Volume Control on the side? Yes. Comfort fit for those of us with glasses? YES! No charging or other annoyances? Double extra yes! This is my first SteelSeries pair, normally I shop Turtle Beach but those have dropped in quality recently so I took a risk. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone.

SteelSeries Headset for Nintendo Switch MVP!!!

These are my first ever Gaming Headsets. Highly used for tabletop gaming and received a lot of good reactions from other players with headsets: I was told that the headset made me sound like a streamer. I have a fairly huge head and these have a snug fit: Not too tight nor not too loose, but just good. Pros: On/Off switch comes in handy when you do or do not want to have other players listen to you button smashing or background noise. Also, headset has a volume slider and really makes it a nice touch when you don't want to use your consoles volume control while playing. Replaceable ear cushions!! OMG! I can buy different styles for it at their official website!! That's soooo awesome!! Cons: Cable length is slightly shorter than average. I have Sony MDREX15LP in-Ear Earbuds and the cable length extension is twice as long compared to Arctis 1. There are moments that I forget about cable length and have snagged my Nintendo Switch off the table and dropped to the floor when I moved because I had my headset on. oops! Overall, these are the best for the price in terms of design, audio/mic quality, comfort, and value. A random teammate on Fortnite squads recommended me SteelSeries headsets when I asked what headsets he was using because the sound sounds sooooo crisp, smooth, and clear!! *chefs kiss*

I was tired of recharging my Turtle Beaches Recon 200s, which weren't even wireless... I don't know who thought that was a great idea. Pros: -Affordable -light and comfortable -Acceptable sound/Mic volumes -No need to charge independently Cons: -Might not survive being chucked across the room

The exterior of the headphones is definitely quality. Over the ear design fits well and can be worn for hours without discomfort. The detachable mic is great for transporting or packaging. The ear pads also turn 90degrees which allows it to be worn around the neck comfortably. The sound quality isnt the best. Sure I'm primarily using it for communication but id expect the music to sound better than the free headphones you get with an Iphone. I havent been able to figure this part out, but for some reason the mic has some bad feedback. I dont know if it's my phone, program, or headphones and since i dont have another headset I can't really check. Overall, worth it only bc it was on sale for $50 and i had rewards points to add on to it.

I was looking for a headset that will actually work for my Ps3. I tried a different pair and those didn't work, but then when I tried these, they work but you have to plug it into the tv. But you can't use the mic. I love this headset, it works perfectly for my Ps5. The mic on it is really clear when talking to other players on the game. This headset has a volume button to control how loud or how low it can be. It can get really loud if you turn it all the way up. I am so happy that i made this purchase.

Headset is very comfortable, has great sound quality and decent bass. The only con is not being able to control your microphone volume, but again, great casual gaming headset!

Is there a teenager out there who doesn’t have their headphones on 100% of the time? My son is almost 14 and says they’re comfortable for extended wear - the biggest “plus” is that he can go from his Chromebook to his Samsung phone to his Xbox to his PC for gaming and keep the same headphones on. I’m also not entirely devastated that I just bought these for Christmas and am having to replace them because a tiny metal piece at the end of the cord broke off - I wish I’d bought the protection plan but it’s an affordable replacement and I’ll be adding it this time!

If you're a casual gamer or just starting out, this is a great headset. It's comfortable for long hours of play, the mic sounds good on the other end (your friends/foes can hear you clearly), you can hear depth/direction of footsteps and gunshots pretty well. My main issue, and pretty much only issue is that the max volume does not go very high when compared to other gaming headsets I've owned in the past. If you're used to listening to games toward the louder end of the settings this might not be to your liking.

Works great. Especially for the price. I was looking for a wired headset that could get the job done. It has mic on / off and volume control. I play all Call of Duty franchise especially Warzone. Sound work great and because of the wire, I don’t have to worry about Bluetooth interference which usually happens to me. Another plus is that these don’t need to be charged like a Bluetooth headset. One less thing to worry about.
