Would have been 5 stars if not for the somewhat awkward placement of the mute and volume controls (behind the left ear, you get used to it but it isn't ideal).

I bought the guaranteed on it because i always seem to have issues with headsets later on but this headset I can already tell will probably last longer than the guaranteed

These lasted about a year which is great for him. I haven't found the perfect headset for him yet, but these were not bad at all.

Did I get a repack? Not crazy about volume placement button. Some people my voice gets softer as time goes on. Sound isn't bad.
