Comfortable ear cups, nice removable Mike. No problems with battery life. Only thing I wish it had is 2 volume controls one for chat and one for games. It appears it will last longer than my turtle beach 600s which never lasted longer than 20 months before ear pieces broke. I did buy extended warranty just in case.

Works with Xbox, PS5, and phone calls (s10+)

I originally purchased this for Xbox gaming with voice chat in mind. In addition to that they’ve turned into a general use headset for movies, Netflix, YouTube, etc. through Xbox. This is compatible with PS5, and you just need to switch over the ‘Xbox’ option on the USB-C dongle. The headset is also used for work calls and regular calls and I’ve had no complaints on the voice sound quality. Just plug the dongle into your phone (S10+) and turn off the ‘Xbox’ switch. Regarding Xbox live gaming the sound quality is fine and the mix level for voice chat can be adjusted between the headset volume control and the Xbox settings. Keep in mind I’ve only had one headset prior to this and I’m in no way making claims this is the highest quality audio. Everything sounds great to me, and I never really think about it. Long term wear on the head is comfortable. You might feel it on the top of your head after a couple of hours, but easily adjusted like any headset. They’re not heavy so that helps. Mic position is adjustable and removable. Mute switch is great for family interruptions. There are a couple of nitpicks. I cannot tell the battery charge level based on light color. I can only see if the light is blinking or not. While the dongle is USB-C the charging port on the headphones is Micro-USB.

Sound quality is decent, and headphones decently block out sound when wearing. They are a little tight on my head, but overall okay to wear for a couple of hours. I have used these on my PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and iPad Pro, and all have worked well for me.

Good sound quality ! Wireless and easy to use ! My only disappointment was how tight the headset is but it is better after several wears. I would buy again . Disappointed that Best Buy didn’t have the next model up for Xbox those are super comfortable. Also a lot lighter than the astro a40’s. The mute is a bit ackward but you get use to it !

I’ll make it short: lightweight so you don’t notice them, ear cups are big and fit around the whole ear, on/off mic switch is easy to get to, sound quality is fantastic. Only moline negative is they feel flimsy bc they have a lot of moving range for more comfort. But just don’t treat your things like a 11 year old and these are worth every penny.

These have lasted much longer than the Turtle beaches that we previously bought. I have purchased two sets of these, and both have withstood two 10 year olds who use them daily. Very good investment for someone not looking to buy these every 4 months. Sounds and comfort are much better than other brands as well. I would highly recommend these.

Great wireless headset for The Nintendo Switch

I have had the Arctis 1 Wireless(Xbox Version) for nearly a week, and they are sturdy, lightweight, and sound great, but the volume wheel feels cheap. Other than that oddity im really loving this headset. Sometime i walk into the kitchen during cut scenes and make a snack while wearing them on, lol. good range, and they work all around my apartment from my Nintendo Switch. A REMINDER: The receiver does get really warm if you try playing high end uncompressed audio files for extended time.(more than a few hours) That kind of Bandwidth pushes the receiver and headset to its limits.(The Receiver more than the headset) PLEASE REMEMBER this is not high end audio equipment, It can still play high end audio files, but you can kill your receiver in a few short weeks, if not days.(basic logic: when you strain something you can break it, If you push it even further, you will most likely break it)

For $100 wireless headset that works with just about every gaming platform the sound pretty good, definitely not a high end set of gaming cans but universal application, comfort and decent sound quality and feels like a solid build and steel series comfort it’s a pretty good value compared to what you pay for some headsets

Comfortable, great sound! If you have big head this is for you. Probably the most comfortable headset I ever owned. If you’re between this one, or the turtle beach second gen, pick this one you won’t regret it!

Excellent sound, awesome quality, super comfortable and a great price. I wanted a pair of wireless headphones for my Xbox. I’m a new gamer and was using wired when I started. Don’t get me wrong, they were great but I wanted something I didn’t get tied up in. I am so happy with these.

Look no further than these headsets! I was in the market for a new gaming headset that I could use on a Switch, Xbox Series S, and PlayStation 4 that was wireless! I didn’t know at the time how hard that was to find but after extensive research I found these and I was not disappointed! They feel amazing and I never have an issue with people not being able to hear me or sound problems like I have had in the past. They are built very well they don’t seem overly flimsy like some headsets. I have not tried these with my switch online as of yet but I have connected them to all devices with no problems. So happy I came across these and I 100% recommend them to anyone trying to own only one pair of gaming headsets it’s a hassle trying to find one for each system. Best multi-platform headsets I’ve encountered.

I used this headset for about a month and passed it onto my nephew since he didn't have a headset. I upgraded to the 9X, but this headset was good for the money. Sound quality was very solid and it was pretty comfortable. Can't go wrong with it.

Super light weight, the head strap makes the ear cups mice and snug. The fabric covered ear cup and a plus also! They don't sound as well as my Astro A50 but a solid back up set of head phones.

Excellent headset, great battery life. Doesn’t take long to charge, sound quality is great, tight fitting headset at first but loosens up within the first week of gameplay as long as you play 4-6 hours a day.

Xbox user, and these are the best headset I have ever owned! These are better than Turtle Beach in my opinion...soft ear cups (fabric not leather/pleather) detachable mic, and fully customizable via computer, to tune to the best audio range for yourself.

My son was looking for a wireless headset that would work for all his systems and we found this! Instead of having to buy three different ones, we got them all in one. It works for his Nintendo switch lite, Xbox, and his gaming laptop. Best find ever!
