This is my first gaming headset so I don’t really have anything to compare it to. The build quality seems really sturdy. I can’t believe how good the sound is! I love having a headset that will work wirelessly on my Xbox Series X and on my Switch!

Hands down bang for buck. Great design for price. Mic could be built a bit better. I also have the arctis one for my PS4/PS5. Would be nicer if compatibility was a bit more comprehensive. All in all, solid, comfortable and great battery life.

Good Range and battery life.
Only issue is the microphone is a little metallic sounding according to some friend but i use this for both pc and xbox so use an external mic for pc anyways.

It's hard to find headsets that work with Xbox One but this did the trick. Great sound for gaming and music. Also works with phones that have a type C port.

This is a very nice gaming headset. The only thing is that it is kind of light on the bass side, but maybe I just need to fiddle with the settings more! I would definitely recommend this very comfortable headset.

They are very comfortable and work great! I have had no complaints in my gaming on the PSN when I got this. My gun sounds now are not heard by the other people I am gaming with.

Great headset that can be used on all consoles through the included USB dongle. My only gripe was how snug they were on my head. Other than that these are great wireless headphones that won't break the bank.

If you have both Xbox and PS4, get the Xbox version of the Arctis 1. It is compatible with both. All come with a usbc transmitter that needs to be plugged in but the Xbox operates on a proprietary frequency. The dongle transmitter has a little slide switch that allows you to toggle to Xbox then over to others for everything else including mac laptop and android phones. I've spent so much money on wired headphones, my son broke them all. This one is the best by far. I bought one for my nephew and myself. This was my third purchase.

Great headset. Previously owned the PC version. Only thing is the USB A cable started acting up on me, so I ended up returning in after 6 months for the Xbox version. Only real differences between the PC and Xbox versions of the Arctis 1 wireless, is the PC uses Arctis 7 drivers and the Xbox one uses Arctis 9 drivers. Also the Xbox USB C dongle has a switch on it allow wireless coms on the Xbox One and Series S/X. I never tried the PC model on Xbox but it worked fine with PC/PS4/Switch, and claims to work with Xbox as well. My assumption is via aux cable.

Son loves it with his Xbox series x. No issues yet. He changed from wired to wireless. Almost as good as my ps5 wireless headset. But this one did not disappoint at the price.

New addition with our new PS5. We were looking for the Arctis 7 and could not find it in stock, so we went with the Arctis 1. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. I would not say that I was looking for the best of the best, but wanted to use every once in a while. As I am not a major gamer. Comfort is great for my usage, but I can see that they may not be the best for extended periods of time. A bonus for these is the ability to cross over to my kids usage of their Nintendo Switch. Overall a great purchase. Everyone in a while I think about grabbing a pair of the Arctis 7s, but I think that I keep these around for a while.
