It’s a very good headset. Clear sound and noise canceling. But sometimes I had connectivity issues with it. Other than that,, no complaints.

Good sound, ajustable and resistant. The cable is regional an delicate. the bluetoot only for pc an mobile devices. Ps4, xbox one need the cable.

I love the headphones. The feel is great and the mids and highs are good wish the bass was there but it is not that is my only complaint

i have tried a lot of gaming headsets, this is the one i have been looking for. it is really comfortable i can wear it all day long with out feeling it on my head. really good quality and the microphone is super clear. my brother got one too and he likes it as well. Recommend it !!

These headphones (used for Xbox and PC gaming) sound incredible. There is a great range of sound and they work flawlessly. The extending mic is great, and it's nice that you can hide it when not in use. The adjustable strap is really comfortable and the cuffs don't squeeze your head. Awesome stuff!!

Great sound. Great feel. Gotta get yourself one. Cannot get the protection plan with this style which is either because they are so good.. that you dont need one...or that they die quickly and BB doesn't want the Liability of protection plan. BAHH WHAT EVS. THEY ARE GREAT!

Using these daily for everything I can connect them to. Very comfortable for long hours of use with glasses. They connect to the smart tv via bluetooth and playing Forza 7 I cant perceive a significant delay. If its there is not enough to have a negative impact.

Make sure and get the Bluetooth one! Microphone works great, earphones are good but just ok for music

Head set is decent, wish it was a little louder when using it wired, but comfortable and easy to use. Feels well made.

Excellent headset if you are looking for something that you can use with a console (Wired) while also using a chat app via bluetooth through phone or computer at the same time. (Example: Playing Warzone on xbox with crossplatform pc friends and using discord to chat with them.)

Cancels out most background noise and it's great to have two different audio settings for shutting up friends. Very comfortable for long wear. Only drawback I would say is if the ear pads come off they are very hard to put back on.

Work just as good as the name brand for game system. Very comfortable and priced perfectly. Highly recommend this item for any and every use. Good sound and ease of use. Can connect via bluetooth to multiple devices at same time.

This headset is well built, works plugged in using the attached break-away mini headphone jack cable or via Bluetooth. It is good material and build-wise. If you have a larger head, it may be a little tight but not terrible. I've used it plugged in with my PS4 and Xbox One, Windows 10 laptop and my Nintendo Switch using a Bluetooth adapter for the Switch. I would give it 4.5 out of 5. You won't find much better for the price.

Surprised me with comfort and sound quality.First time tried steelseries but i want to try higher models in the future for further shopping experiences.

Love that you can have a device plugged in with the cord and have another device connected through Bluetooth and play from both simultaneously.

purchased these to replace an old pair of Logitech G930s and they work great. Not having to worry about dead batteries after a ton of gaming is nice. Don't even mind the wires great sound

They look great, sounded great, very comfortable to wear, had a long battery and voice came through clear. The problem is 3 months later the USB charging port completely broke so it wont charge. Trying to contact steelseries for support but for 100 dollars i expected these to last alot longer. Wasnt abused, used in a office for meetings so breaking down like this is very disappointing.

Got these for my daughter who likes to stream. Very good beginner level headset. I have the Arctis pro witless for my own gaming and with that enjoy a 100% wire free experience. Since my kid streams mostly from PC the connection didn’t bother her. Bluetooth a big plus .
