Comfortable fit. Good sound and nice mic pickup for the price.

Use for work from home with work provided laptop. Use for Zoom and Teams, YouTube and Udemy training. Use with both the Bluetooth and 3.5mm connection on a Dell Thunderbolt dock. Clear communication and battery lasts for fairy long time on standby after a full charge. So much better than the cheap Logitech headset they sent us home with.

The headset sits very comfortable around the ears inland on top of my head: I use them to record music on a mobile studio I have and they work well.

I like the strap that test on top of you head. Sound quality is top notch! I hear footsteps very clearly in all my games. Bluetooth connection it great as well

This is going to be a Dual review of the product and the store. I was looking for this online and due to Covid it seems as if finding electronic products is becoming harder and harder. But, Luckly I found these Open-Box Excellent at the Spring location, so I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the set I bought was defective due to the Bluetooth feature not working. So, when I went to return them, the Geek Squad representative offered me the solution to replace them with new ones and ordered them and had them shipped directly to my house. I didn't know I could do something like that but I feel like I came out much better that way. This is why we need to support out physical locations, customer service is key especially in these trying times we are going though. The headphones work as described and I couldn't be happier. Took me a while to find a multi-platform headset and SteelSeries has come through once again. Get these if you can.

Generally a very nice headset but with a weak battery system. It is essential to keep the headset on charge when not in use or the battery will run down and then will not take a charge. This only affects the bluetooth functionality as the headset will work fine if used wired. In reviewing the problem after I encountered it, I discovered several other people appear to have the same issue. Steel Series customer service was helpful and offered to replace the headset as long as I provided the purchase receipt.

I use these for the Xbox One. They have Bluetooth so you can get music from your game and gaming audio at the same time. The Bluetooth does not work with the console but I don't mind plugging them into a controller that is right in front of me.

This is my first time buying a headset from steelseries, I liked it cause when you wear it for long period of times your ears are not on fire so a few days later I ended up buying another one.

All around a great product. Sound quality is great and my mic hasn't had any compliments when I play with my friends. Only con is they can get uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing but I think that might be me.

Perfect for a ps5 or even a computer. Works for both platforms. Would defiantly buy again!

Got these headphones for my GF to play her games on switch and Xbox. She loves it and says the sound is crisp/clear. Even was able to use the BT to listen to music on her phone. Additionally leveraged it multiple times for work conference calls.

Bought this headset for my son he loves it and it perfectly sincronizes with his gaming PC , IPhone and Nintendo switch with no problem via Bluetooth and also can attach the stereo 3.5mm cable to be used on devices with a headset jack

It works perfectly for what I was needing them for, the battery lasts forever, my only complaint is that you can't check on your phone or tablet how much battery it still has, you have to rely on the colors of the light that is in one side of the headphones

Awesome headset. The Bluetooth is great and you can use it simultaneously when plugged into PC. All previous headphones I had were so heavy that they hurt after a while. I can wear these all day without any issues!

I am so glad to have found and item like this. Being able to use the Bluetooth to connect to discord on my phone while also being plugged into my Xbox controller for game audio is fantastic.

Good headphones for gaming. Comfortable and sounds good, mic needed to be adjusted for me, but good mic too

Great if you want to play music while gaming and keep the consistency of wired headsets.
