These are really comfortable specially if you have glasses. I'm currently using them to listen to music and they're really good. Has bass but not too much. I do like the LED feature but the sound quality downgrades if I use it via USB. Sounds fantastic with the normal headphone jack though! I just like LED lights so that's why I got the Arctis 5 instead of the Arctis 3. The mic also sounds clear when I was streaming on Twitch. I highly recommend these since they're just under hundred bucks!

This is a great value headset, meaning that it didn't have all of the features I had hoped for. The drivers are also a little bit confusing to figure out at first. Overall, great sound quality coming out and going in.

This headset is very comfortable for long hours of gaming. The cord attachment to the headset is removable and it seems much more durable than a prior Turtle Beach headset that I owned. The sound quality is very good for listening, although I don't use the microphone often. The RGB lights are a nice feature, but cannot be seen while the headset is in use.

I bought these to replace my Corsair headset. Right out of the box, the set up was easy, software was easy to use, I love the colors too when I stream. Great sound, nice bass, not tinny at all.

My nephew is a gamer and loves this headset. It's a great gift idea and makes a good presentation. I can't say anything about the longevity of this item but it's a hit with the 16 year olds.

This headset picks some of the smallest sounds in COD you can hear enemy footsteps even if they have dead silence on awesome headset.

This is the top sound and mic quality headset for the price range. Gaming from another similar priced mic people immediately knew I had a new mic and the sound quality is amazing.

They fit like a glove on any ones head. The sound quality is beyond amazing and they look cool too. You but this one set and you have gaming for pc, xbox, play station, or just a set of great music players on your phone. Multi purpose, tons of accessories, and amazing support. Plus fully changeable led color patterns on them. These are better than turtle beach, better than corsair, better then them all. Totally worth the money.

This headset is very comfortable. The lighter weight suspension headset allows for an easy fit and long gaming sessions without fatigue. Sound is clear and mic is good (not great). The lighting is tastefull and not over the top. This is a pro gaming style headset with all of the features that are important to pc gamers. I'm attempting to go pro as an adult gamer and steelseries products have given me the edge I was looking for.

Awesome product!! Sounds is awesome. The only thing is wish is they would tell you that you have to buy an adapter for Xbox one to use surrounds sound. Very pleased

I have purchased two other headsets and their poor construction (wireing) broke within six months, I spent $100 on each pair thinking I was getting a deal (NOT), After several reviews and research I chose the Arctic 5. They are solidly constructed and comfortable for many hours of gaming ,Sound quality is clear, The chatmix dial is an added plus, Glad I took the time to find a reliable economic headset,

Over the years, I've had a Turtle Beach X12 headset, a Razer Chroma 7.1, and this SteelSeries Arctis headset. So far, this headset has been absolutely phenomenal for me. The sound quality is wonderful, the microphone is definitely the best I've used, and the overall quality seems great. Not too heavy, and I definitely enjoy how comfortable it is. A definite recommendation from me!

Although we ultimately exchanged these, this pair was very nice quality. We mistakenly purchased these when the BB staff said they were cordless. They are not. We exchanged them for a cordless pair, but for the few days we used them, they had excellent sound and were very comfortable. The cord wasn't as long as some of the others out there, which was nice.

Out of all the gaming headsets I owned, this is hands down the best. Very comfortable and can be worn for long gaming sessions. Also some people were on and off about the Mic but I never came across a problem and always asked others how I sound through the Mic. Not one thing I would complain about this headset because it is the only one that I didn't regret after buying it.

My son uses this daily when he games. It's stylish, comfortable, packed with features, has cool multi colored lighting, and quality feel. The sound quality is great for both hearing and mic. The people on the other side have said that they could hear me loud and clear. It's wired, by our choice, since we didn't want any kind of lag when using bluetooth.

Let me start of by stating why I only gave it a 4 star review. Like most that will buy or have bought this headset I use it for PC gaming and in that standard it performs well. However, the volume adjuster that it uses that is supposed to let you decide between the game and chat clients is a bit buggy. For example I at times use discord, well it decided that discord is a game so I can't rely on the adjuster for that. Also turning the actual volume adjuster on the headset just a small amount is the difference between listening to a mouse and heavy metal. Very touch sensitive, Better off just leaving it be. My next issue is the swivel points on the ear cups. They are meant to swivel inwards for storage or what have you. However after just over a month and some change of use they are now able to swivel just a little bit outward, which bothers me as I know they shouldn't. Mind you I am a bit older and take very good care of my electronics, these are hung on a headset stand with the mic retracted and so on. So no real reason for them to do this. Aside from those issues, These things are amazing. The 7.1 is flawless, sound quality itself is great. Mic quality is as good as it gets without buying a actual studio mic. Pics up virtually no background noise aside from somebody literally yelling in the same room. I have used many other high end headsets and honestly, Id say these are top tier quality for around a mid range price.
