I think the price is a nice equilibrium between quality and price. It offers various customized options when plugged to it's app available on PC. It can also be used to game on the xbox and ps4; however it should be noted that on the xbox it's not completely wireless. I don't know why but the function is just not offered, so you have to use a wire (comes with the headset) and simply plug it into the controller. Maybe a huge take away for many, although you never have to worry about charging the headset as it runs via controller now. And yes, your customized sound transfers to xbox when updated on PC.

I want to preface this by saying I am not an audiophile. These headphones are amazing. Sound quality is great, I can really tell where other players are in fps games due to footsteps and gunfire. The two volume sliders (regular audio and voice chat) take a little getting used to, but the feature is quite handy. The microphone seems to pick up my voice very well and friends have mentioned better clarity. The battery is exceptional I haven't had these die on me yet, I even did a 10+ hour session with no issues. I also did two days in a row without charging and they still worked flawlessly. Comfort level is over 9000! You can wear them normally or with just one ear in and they are equally comfortable. I have only owned them for about a month but I am now a steelseries fanboy. The only thing I am unsure about is longevity, though they seem very well constructed. I have previously owned the Razer kraken pro and the Corsair vengeance 2100s. Both paled in comparison with the Razer's being considerably worse. Buy these headphones, you won't look back.

This headset is so versatile! I love that i can use with my phone, PS4, and PC. The highs and mids are super clear in game and in shows. Its really solid. The drawbacks are there are minimal lows to draw from when you arent gaming. I love good bass in music and movies. Lastly, the fit is super tight. After 2 hours on PUBG, it started being uncomfortable. It is solid and i do recommend it over most headset unless you want more bass.

I recently switched to the Arctis 7 from a pair of Astro A50's. These headsets are of similar quality, for less than half the price. They are very comfortable, and don't require much user effort to get them up an running, just a single software update and about 10 minutes in the SteelSeries software. The Astros admittedly have better sound quality, but overall build quality and mic quality are very close. Going to order a 2nd pair for my PS4 soon.

I want to keep this simple, I'm coming from g930 wired then the g930 wireless then finally got the g933 wireless and that was the last straw with logitech headsets... these current wireless arctis 7's are so far superior than all those other headphones I mentioned, they are truly multi platform like they claim and they are AUX friendly UNLIKE the $200 g933 that actually promised this capability but did NOT deliver. The build quality surpasses all LT headsets I've had and actually have metal unlike LT headsets. My one and only complaint about these arctis 7s is that you pretty much have to get the leather ear pads sold by SteelSeries themselves because the ones this headset brings does not created enough separation between the driver and the ear, after an hour it starts to hurt, but with the leather ones this problem is solved, I however have fairly large ears so you might not need them. Also, the battery life on these are amazing and so is the range for the wireless signal, definitely an improvement over the logitech headsets.

I really like these headphones for the following reasons: 1) Wireless connectivity. 2) Good battery life. 3) Lightweight. 4) Retractable and bulky mic. 5) Good software. 6) Good simple design. Doesn't look over the top or cheesy. No RGB is a plus too me. The things I don't like: 1) There isn't a bag to place all of the peripherals in. 2) There isn't a second battery to charge while the other is in use.

Has a really awesome battery time. Seems to last longer then then advertised. Sits comfortably on your head. Wouldnt recommend if you have a larger head. Has small earcuffs can make ears sore after extended time Average gaming headset mic versus a stand alone mic The dual channel headset is very nice to manage comms and ingame sound. Allows you to mute comms and hear the game only. *mute the back seat drivers that die early in shooters* Range on the wireless allows me to walk up to 45 feet in any direction in my home. Outside to the barbecue if need. Connection is always solid and connects easily. Battery indicator on the Steelseries engine allows you to see how long you can use it. Overall I am very satisfied so far with this headset. It allows me to still be a dad and not worry about the dog or kids running through cords. Also fairly comfy with one headphone off an ear so I can hear all the terror going on around me. #kidsareawesome

So I was in the market for a wireless headset and chose the Steelseries over the Logitech G933 and Corsair Void Pro. Set up was extremely easy-- just downloaded the necessary software and was up and running no problem. There are some nice settings you can personalize with such as the 7.1 surround sound (not that great), the mic level, and being able to hear yourself when you talk. Comfort level is about a 8.5/10. My old HyperX cloud 2's were a 10/10 for reference. Mic is nice and it's easy to distinguish between muted and not (red light on mic). The battery is really good, it's only when down to red (15% or less) once and that was after 2 or 3 days of gaming with roughly 3-5 hours each day. Probably the best thing about the headset is the battery. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Give it a 9/10 with only point being they start to hurt my ears after about 3-4 hours.

I have many good things to say about this headset: - Very comfortable and light. You can use it for hours. The band used to adjust the size helps. - I've never experienced any interference so far. The wireless distance matches the specs. - The battery autonomy matches the specs. You can use the headset while it is charging as it uses a cable. - It has a cable to connect to phone/Xbox one and doesn't use the battery for this. - Option to plug another phone to share the audio. - The wireless base has audio in/audio out. You are able to plug your speakers on it, when you turn the headset it mute the speakers, if you turn off the headset the audio go back to the speakers, you don't have to change the options in your O.S. - It has two audio channel, you can adust how much of each channel you want to hear. Good for game sound and chat. - No negative comment so far.

Bought this headset because I started playing PUBG. I like the headset, it is comfortable, and the sound is good. I have yet to use this with the wire connected to my Nintendo Switch but plan on it in the near future. Only thing about this headset is that I have yet to see the charge light indicate that I am fully charged.

I got these to use for gaming on my PC, PS4, and Xbox one. The wireless functionality works great with the PC and PS4 while the Xbox one can easily be plugged into the controller with the included cable. The sound is excellent and the ear pads are very comfortable and actually very breathable and cool. Highly recommend.

This is a super lightweight headset with perfect mic clarity and superb audio quality. Even the DTS 7.1 setting doesn't sound muffled as with some other gaming headsets and the EQ settings were deep enough to customize the sound to my liking. I feel all the important ranges are covered. If you want bass that will blow you away or noise canceling, you may have to go higher end, but this one does a great job as a solid, easy to use gaming headset with lots of input options. The only gripe I have is the not-so-adjustable headband. Its max-size is just a tad small for my head, but it still works fine, and because it's so lightweight I forget about it once I'm playing.

Initially, I bought a wireless Corsair void headset, it was terrible. So I returned them and got the steel series arctic 7 instead, I’m glad I did. The Artics are very comfortable on my ears, keep me cool, the ski headset feels good on my head too. If you’re looking for a decent headset, look no further. The mute button takes a few days to get used to, but once you get the hang of it you’ll be fine. Holds a charge for a long time but I do charge it every night. The microphone is much better then the Corsair void was and doesn’t pick up too much background noise.

Best headset mic. Great comfort. Needs more range. The mic is out of this world when you think about the fact that it’s built into the headset itself. The earcups along with the ski goggle band make the headset seem to have almost no weight at all which lets you have them on for hours on end. The battery life is about 10-12 hours and the game / app dial is an added bonus. The only flaw, and I’m splitting hairs here, is that this headset has a poor receiver range/transmission strength. I live in a medium sized apartment and sometimes have a problem with transmission from my room to the kitchen.

I wanted some good headphones. Wireless was a must for playing games but I also wanted the versatility of using it wired for listening to music on my phone and this set had it all. The sound quality is better than the akg headphones I bought from guitar center that I use yo listen to music and the feel around the head is very comfortable. I didn't know it also works with my laptop wirelessly so I can watch movies anywhere. The only bad thing is that I didn't know it was wired for Xbox only but other than that it's pretty cool headset

I would not go back to wired headsets after using these. The sound quality is great and they are easy to use. I have not had any issues or problems. I do not use them hours and hours per day but the charge life seems good. Its nice to be able to communicate and leave your computer desk! I purchased the Arctis 7 after reading reviews and on the recommendation of relatives that are 'gamers'. I do game on occasion but love these to communicate with my gamer relatives when they are on line!
