These are very comfortable, even wearing them for long periods of time. If you have glasses they can be a little off at times, but easy to adjust. Sounds great, even taking the wireless to its limits they maintain. Ready to configure with their software.

The sound on these are fantastic, but I do not recommend the DTS surround sound, it really kills the sound quality The mic is good, but not amazing, but good enough for 99% of people. I used to have a pair of the arctis 5 headset, but traded them because i really wanted wireless. While both headsets are comfortable, the arctis 5 is lighter due to the lack of battery and was definitely more comfortable over a longer period of time, and i kinda miss that and the RGB was neat. but if you want a pair of wireless these are personally to me the best around.

I bought the wired version mostly for TV viewing and single player games, but, the wire got in the way and found it more enjoyable to be able to move about the building conveniently while listening. I swapped the 5 for the 7. Im pretty impressed at the moment. Impressed with the sound quality. compared to the SONY RF set I got recommended by a Best Buy "Theater special person", They're very easy on the ears, and stay pretty cool for hours of use.Note: They shut off after a bit of silence, that's good though because it saves battery usage.

This headset is par to none in it's price range. You're paying for a headset that is remarkably comfortable and easy to set up. It is nearly a plug and play. I would recommend this headset to anyone who is looking for a relatively inexpensive yet high quality wireless headset. I also enjoy being able to use it across multiple platforms. Believe it or not it is a rather good headset for movie and music audio. This headset truly exceeded my expectations and even became my preferred headset over astros.

I'm not an audiophile and haven't owned a large variety of headphones, but this is easily the best of the ones I have, including the Turtle Beach PX22 it replaced. Not too heavy, good padding and comfortable. The mic is retractable and moves easily. Excellent sound quality with good, deep bass, but not too deep. Wireless operation with PS4 is easy and effortless. Xbox is just as easy, but not wireless. Have to connect a wire to controller. All in all, I'd buy it again.

Mainly use the headset for my PC. Great range when I go wireless. It can reach the other side of the house. Mute button on the headset itself easy to turn off/on, when talking to others around you. Enjoying how you can turn the in game chat down or up. Wish I had a little bit more volume control and setup features in software. I feel the price point is a little high though. But they will do the job for gaming/music/etc.

This wireless gaming headset is amazing! Initially when I first put them on, it felt really weird. I was like, wt.. there's no way this is going to feel comfortable. Then 10mins later, I totally forgot they were even on my head. I was walking around the house, taking bathroom breaks, getting food/drinks, all the while still be on comms and able to hear what's going on in the game. I played CS:GO and Guild Wars 2 with them, two very different games. The sound is precise, I could hear footsteps very well in CS:GO without any delays. And for the MMO the sound is deep and rich. The headset is very comfortable. I was able to play for 3 and half hours before my ears felt a bit sore. That's when I took the headset off for a few. To be able to play for nearly 4 hours straight without feeling a thing on your head is very nice. And honestly if you play for that long, it probably is time for a lil break anyway. But really, this headset is very lightweight and comfortable. Don't judge it based on your initial try. I don't know why others have some issues with them. I was almost scared off by negative reviews, I'm glad I gave this a try. If you play games, you should get this.

I had already decided on these before hand but when I got to try them on a friends setup it just strengthened my resolve to buy them sooner. These are very comfortable light weight and sound fantastic!

Works great on PC and PS4 with the wireless adapter. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Xbox One where it simply connects to the jack on your controller. The other drawback is the wired audio cable is a proprietary cable on the headset end, so be careful with it, as it may not be easy to replace. Aside from that, they're comfortable for long periods of time and sound good, better than a lot of the competition.

Used for 2 years and still working great. Love the wireless aspect because I can walk all over my house and still listen to music from my pc. My favorite part is the dual audio you can get by plugging in a aux cord to the line in on wireless reciever. This lets me listen to my nintendo switch and discord form my pc on the same headphone! Sound is good, but the comfort is amazing!

I originally purchased the corsair pros but got alot of mic feedback on them so i took them back and bought the arctis 7 and glad i did best sound and feels nice and light on my head.

This headset is very comfortable and can be worn for hours with no discomfort. The wireless range is exceptional and you can easily go through multiple walls and still get crisp audio. Only con is that you still have to wire them to the Xbox and ps4 but the quality is still there. If you are using for console only I would recommend the Arctis 5s. Overall great purchase.

My turtle beach stealth 400s recently being getting from bad to worse for me, cutting out audio and sometimes just randomly shutting off, so I've been searching for a replacement. I tried these and wanted to keep them, but I had to return cause it's for PC and not PS4. I'll try to keep this short.. What I like: Build quality, excellent. Also looks great, my favorite looking headset actually. Comfortable. Chat/game audio balance wheel, and a separate volume wheel. (Wheels are better than buttons for me). Retractable mic with led to show when my mic is muted! No more talking to myself What I cannot live with: Chat/game audio balance does not work on PS4, all it does is reduce the overall volume. It's only stereo audio, and chat will always be mixed in, no way to separate it. Maybe you can tell.. but the ability to effectively mute my friends talking in the background when I'm trying to focus on the game audio, or visa versa, is very important to me. It can't be done with this, I could do it with the turtle beaches, so to pay more for a downgrade wasn't going to do it for me. If you need a wireless headset in this price range for your PS4, I got the Platinum wireless headset from Sony, and it does what I need it to do, just with buttons instead of simpler wheels.

I have always owned wired headsets but the job to wireless was an easy one to make when I had kids. This headset is great especially with the chat volume dial + discord. Makes intense moments easy to navigate through if I need to hear teammates or the game sounds. My only complaint would be that its very noise cancelling and I can no longer hear my wife or kids. I think we're getting a divorce now, but I can't tell.

I use these with both my ps4 pro and my gaming desk top and they do great. Battery life is long which is an important feature for wireless headphones. Sound is amazing too!

I am usually skeptical of wireless gears as they drop frequently but this product is an exception. They work excellent and earcups are super comfortable. Recommended!

Admittedly my only basis for comparison is a pair of Turtle Beach headphones I bought for over $100, which didn't particularly wow me, and they weren't very comfortable and were clunky. I also dont often play with headphones as I've got a pretty decent home stereo set up that I enjoy. I picked these up after chatting with one of the Steel Series staff (I live in their hq city) and was impressed. For the price point they are spectacular headphones, and their fit and finish is so much better than Razor or Turtlebeach. The small touches of this product, like the cool art stickers that come in the box ( i think those were made by a local artist!), and the minimalist and clean feel of the instructions make this set of headphones feel like it was made for the professional gamer and the the discerning "adult" customer. The finish of the headphones themselves is clean, the retractable, inset microphone is fantastic, and having all the controlls On then headphones along with the raised mute button are genius! Also love that I can use them for my PS4, my XBone, OR for casual listening on my iPhone. As for sound quality, music sounds fantastic. Crisp sound and heavy thump when appropriate without being over bearing. I've only been playing Rainbow Six Siege with them so far, but the ability to tell where enemies are bases on hearing has been game changing.

Had been looking for a great headset solution, either wired or wireless, for quite some time without much success but were introduced to these when it was being made available as a BestBuy Members' Offer item. For what its worth note that my setup includes the following items : MacBook Pro (late 2011) macOS 10.12 ( Sierra) Android 7.1 Mobile Device with a 3.5 mm audio port Xbox One S ... Starting in reverse order. Works great as it was intended to in this area BUT it doesn't connect Wirelessly ! Connects to the Xbox One's Controller via the 3.5mm audio port which is standard on most controllers after they had been redesigned and introduced. Xbox one 1st generation and the like will need the implementation of either Microsoft's or third party vendor's "stereo headset adapter" in order to use these as this controller series lacks the necessary 3.5mm integrally ... That being said this headset gets high marks across the board from me in the following areas: -integrated and retractable microphone for voice/chat communication -chat/game audio balance & volume dials easily accessible ...& Mute button - Earcups are comfortable and the wide ski-goggle style adjustable band makes this a must have for prolonged gaming sessions. It did bother me at first when I read that they weren't wirelessly capable with the Xbox One/s the other areas that it performs well under has sort of taken the bite out of that aspect for me personally. Similar can be said about them when used with my Android mobile ( connected via the 3.5 mm headset) & My MacBook Pro which I am able to connect wirelessly via the included usb adapter /transmitter. Downloading and installing both the Steel Series 3 utility & latest firmware is easy and highly recommended. DTS support is only available for Windows users But I've been able to bridge that gap with the use of an Indispensable piece of software in my digital life from Global Delight, Boom3D! sure that there are others available so worth having a look at if you're a macOS user and serious about your sound... Overall. .. The Arctis 7 Steel Series are a Keeper for me! Thanks

I replaced a set of Astro A40 TR because I wanted a wireless set up. I was going to get the A50’s but then I saw these. Great reviews everywhere and at half the price, how could I say no. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Great audio, great range, great battery life. I sound clear on the other end. And last but not least, very comfortable. Get them!

This is a great gaming headset. I can hear tiny sounds that I never heard before but I also am able to hook it up To the tv at the same time and hear both my tv and my game. The headset is very comfortable and the charge lasts a really long time. When the battery runs low, you can charge while still using it. This headset has everything I wanted in a gaming headset!
