    For what it's worth, you're better off buying a more expensive headset for the quality. The headset is ok for its price but the microphone needs improvement. The only reason why it isn't 1 star is because the headset overall isn't bad, but the parts that make it are done better with other headphone around this price.

    I purchased this based on reviews saying the sound was good. I found that it was ok at best. As was the pick up and noise canceling on the mic. I also didnt find it very comfortable. For me, I wouldnt recommend it to a friend. This was a same day return.

    Straight out of the box and they had issues. In total the are 3 connections on the wire. One that plugs into the headset and comes loose very easily. That wire then plugs into another wire that has the split for headphones and mic. That connection was bad from the factory and had to be jiggled and twisted just to get sound but even then you wouldn't get all the sound.

    Never got the item and Bestbuy customer service is absolutely horrendous. Phone service is completely outsourced and they have no idea what your talking about. Repeatedly told the problem was fixed, then to wait, then it wasn't fixed then wait again. I disputed the charge and forced a reversal.
