Better than my old Arctis 7’s that I replaced these with. Mic is clearer, sound is very similar. Even with sonar enabled I’m still having trouble getting the right sounds. The presets are ok. Not really a headset issue but more of a software issue? They could be more comfortable, but still a great headset at a good price!

Headset with lots of "potential"

Solid sound on some settings out of the box but the steel series software was a nightmare to use. With a lot of tweaking you could some nice stuff but the balance was all off. My particular model cut in and out and was not interested in trying a new unit.

Overall very pleased with headset. The battery stays charged for long periods of time. I’ve only had to charge it twice so far & you can continue to play while charging.
