I have been buying Razer headsets for years and something told me to try something new this time. I liked this headset but disliked it at the same time.. 1. The general build quality just feels very cheap to me. I don't feel like they really gave this product their all, and for the price I feel like the quality could be better. 2. Sound quality is just okay.. It's definitely not a great "Music" headset. 3. No form of noise cancelling, when you're wearing it you can basically hear EVERYTHING going on around you. If you are trying to find something that blocks out noise, look elsewhere. The software you have to download for this headset definitely makes up for some of the flaws this headset has. If you can get this on sale, go for it. Don't pay full price though.

Overall, it's a really good Bluetooth headset. I really wish there were better wireless options here, the dongle thing seems unnecessary. But if you're looking for a solid pair of headphones, this will do you really well.

The earpieces were very comfortable. I did like the audio of the headset as well. The microphone wasn't as great. I didn't like the fact that it rolled up into the earpiece after each use.

Upgraded to this from my Arctis 5, I adore the bluetooth and wireless options. It has a very premium build and feel, a great range for wireless/Bluetooth, great surround sound, and is easy to connect to any device: from my Phone, to my PC, and my Switch.

Excellent product for price/value on wireless gaming use-case. Very comfortable, good positional audio. Only con is that the headband loses elasticity fairly quickly, would recommend getting a silicone replacement if possible.

These headphones are of amazing quality, espexially with all the oncluded settings. There is built in surround sound, not the cheap kind either. Although a bit pricy, it comes with a diablo code. I wish it looked more diablo like, it is very low key

It is very comfortable and audio is great. It can connect to your phone while it is connected to your gaming device.

Great headset. Fits comfortably and has great sound profiles. Would highly recommend if u have the money to spend.

Overall great headset, charging isnt inconvenient and holds a charge for a long time. Can connect to my pc and my phone at the same time, very convenient. Only downside is i think the Arctis 5 is more comfortable and blocks out noise better, but all in all great headset.

Amazing. There's better headsets but not many. If you got the money go for it. But there are cheaper options with comparable features. Get the geeksquad warranty and you won't have to worry about most purchases at best buy. You got 14 days to return things. Now, go shopping lol

It’s a great headset! Especially with the eq software but the only thing that sucks is the top of my ears touch the plastic so they start to hurt after awhile

Excellent sound. The spacial imaging is especially great in games. It helps with movies too. The controls are easy enough. Comfortable for long gaming sessions. Really nice upgrade that helps me keep the house quiet.

Great sound and good build quality. no noticible audio loss. It doesn't have good sound canceling but i prefer to hear whats going on around me so it was a plus for me. Steel series sonar is a bit weird sometimes but works perfectly most of the time

While I am enjoying these headphones, they have a weird bass sounding quality to them. Slightly uncomfortable to me at least but other than that, I am enjoying them for the price.

Gave this to my son and he loves it, he’s able to hear everything louder and clear

Had the arctis 5 headset but i broke the usb cord to it so i was forced to upgrade. This headset is awesome and i font have to worry about messing up the cables and have to go through another traumatic experience because it is wireless. I love being able to hear my pc audio and play music on my phone at the same time.
