The retractable mic is a really nice feature

The only gripe I have is my friends constantly say they can barely hear me no matter what I have the mic settings set to. Not sure what the deal is with it. So I went back to my old headset on my PC and use this one with my PS5 now. I dont play multiplayer games on there anyway.
