Good headphones physically, not good on Mac
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All headsets have this problem, and this one is no exception — they don't really go over their compatibility with Macs. These ones worked, sure. They were nice and comfy and the mic quality wasn't bad. When I listened to music on them, they worked fine. However, when I went into a call (via Discord), the audio and mic quality dipped considerably with no way to change it. There is nothing on the packaging or manual that states that the Steelseries software works on Mac. It does, but nothing of considerable note changed about the headphone experience. I could not change anything about that clear audio experience shift between being in a call and not being in a call, which was super annoying. I don't get why this is a problem, or even if it's a Mac-related problem to begin with. Good quality headphones physically, but took a downwards spiral when using them on Mac. I will have to return these.
