Dongle died after a month.

It is past the return window, so hopefully their customer service is good and they can get it replaced quickly. Just one more thing to deal with.

Do not buy this headset it is a waste of money.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset was the worst thing i ever wasted money on. it was plagued with issues from the start, From firmware updates needed to hear anything to the SteelSeries GG software being buggy at the best of times with no help from SteelSeries to try and solve the issues. constant beeping and muffled/spotty sound with or without the dongle and hours spent trying to solve it ranging from resetting the headset it self to uninstalling drivers and reinstalling them only to never get it fixed.
