Volume at highest level was pretty low. My steelseries arctis 7p+ were louder. Definitely not what I expected. Same comfort, as I could wear them for many hours without issues

I have had a rough time with t his headset. It does a poor job cancelling noise, and I cant tell if its because the firmware is out of date. unfortunately the app wont let me update the firmware and support was honestly pretty rude and unhelpful when I tried to get help in fixing it. will be shopping a different brand moving forward because up until now I have had nothing but good things to say about steelseries.

Trash. Connectivity is garbage. Sound quality is mid at most. Youll always hear a little static in the background. They stopped working in about 6 months and I had to disassemble them and reassemble and it somehow started working. Buy Logitech or HyperX anything but these unless you wanna end up sending them into a wall at mach 3.

I had this for a few months before it started giving me issues. I would turn my PC on and my headset wouldnt connect. I had to unplug and plug back in the dongle over and over to get it to work. No rhyme or reason why or when it would do this.
I replaced it with a logitech prox2 lightspeed and it's WAY better. I never have issues.

I've given this brand two chances with their headsets, due to the fact that they have excellent reviews and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately I have gotten two lemons.
This Nova 7 wireless set has worked great for the 6 weeks I've owned it with the exception that when using wired mode the audio is far too soft, which made these unusable for watching a movie on an airplane screen.
In the middle of a work meeting today these decided to just die on me. I cannot get them to power on now. I've tried all troubleshooting tips including the hard reset button. It's completely bricked after only 6 weeks. I will not be giving this brand any more of my money.

Sounded great but volume was very limited. I could easily hear my tv that was in the same room but was set to a very low volume 10 out of 70, when headphones was maxed out in volume settings. Microphone was reported to me as great not as good as another brand but a very close second and no issues with people hearing me talk.

I gave this headset 2 chances and purchased it twice because of how comfortable they were. The first pair that I received worked for 1 day before the headset Bricked, The light was solid and I could not turn them on or off and it seemed that no one else had that same issue.
The second pair that I bought worked for around 5 months before It bricked as well with the exact same problem. This has nothing to do with my computer or my usb ports I tried everything and nothing worked. I am currently waiting for a response from Steel Series on a refund.
Although this product is very comfortable and the audio is alright there is no way I would ever recommend this headset to someone just because it wont last more that 6 months please save your money and Avoid this headset and brand.

Unfortunately the headset has connection issues left and right one moment it’s working the next it’s not itll keep you from communicating or hearing the game sometimes both at the same time

So I'm not sure if I set the GG hub up properly or these were defective or what. But these did not sound good to me, the sound always seemed behind me. When messing with the equilizer on the GG hub it seemed to only make certain sounds louder but other sound flat. It had a setting for warzone but made the supply crates so loud that I couldn't hear anything else. And the weird shallow sound of everything else was behind me

Battery life good, quality good, comfort good, but the sound is alright, Bluetooth sometimes disconnects and you hear spikes in sound which hurt my ears.
