I wanted to use this as a teams headset for my work PC with the ability to also stream music and take calls from my phone and the software would never work right with teams or other corporate apps like GoToMeeting and Zoom. I eventually gave up and returned it. The Bluetooth side was very good though it just didn't work for my application at all.

Not even 4 whole months of owning this thing and it completely dies on me. I'm just in the middle of editing a video and BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. dead. The one time I decide not to get the geek squad warranty and this happens. I'm going back to Razer and never buying anything from this company again

I read so many positive reviews about this headset and I was so excited to get it. I've had it for about a day and a half and every moment spent using it has been troubleshooting.
I've updated firmware twice and plugged it into 4 different ports on my PC. I was able to get it working twice and it was great, but for some reason the software (GG) just seems to mess everything up (tried a clean re-install and everything).
The worst part is Steel Series support. No live support available at all and 2 business day response time. Meanwhile they have sales agents ready to answer questions for people wanting to buy.
I'll probably never buy Steel Series stuff again. It's just been a huge headache. Garbage products.

This is a headset exclusively for streaming gamers, i installed this headset, the battery runs out very fast, the sound isnt great and the software invaded every part of my computer, i have uninstalled this headset no less than 2 dozen times and it keeps reinstalling itself, in addition, there is no support to stop it from doing so, i am concerned that i will have to reformat my harddrive to get rid of the software so the headset stops taking over my computer.

After having a previous model for over 3 years and loving it, when it needed to be replaced we felt confident in ordering the 'upgrade'. However we have found the this model to be very temperamental, we have constant issues with pairing and are disappointed with our purchase. The only good thing we can say is that this model is lighter and more comfortable.

Cheap headset. Ears would hurt after use and audio quality leaves a lot to be desired. I use it as a spare headset for consoles but definitely not for PC.

10/10 sounding mic was absolutely thrilled with the mic quality but headset kept getting a weird buzzing sound every 1-2 mins.
Read online it's a known issue with these headsets. Save yourself the time and get the HyperX Cloud 3 wireless headset. They sound great and they just work. Not to mention a 100+ hr battery life before recharge.
Stay away from these. You've been warned.

I love steel series products, but I was definitely let down with this headset. It has am issue with volume control. I've looked online and I'm not the only issue. There's nothing you can do to fix it. People have contacted steel series and exchanged their headset for a new one and still had the same issue.
