Had a lot of static in the headphones, may have just gotten a bugged set but love my Artic Pro Wireless ones I got.

The Sound quality is great, but the mic hardly works

Good sound. Difficult to setup on PC but when it works its great

I really like the way they feel on my head. They are light and have a long battery life. The required software is really bad and takes over all my other audio devices too. The headphones have terrible range, and the audio cuts out even at my desk. Bought two, had to return them both.

Good sound quality but that’s about it. The box says it’s compatible with Xbox but the Bluetooth function doesn’t work with it. Also after using the headset for about a month with gentle care the microphone has stopped working and it just isn’t really great for anything other than hearing things about a second after they happen

Decent headset, sounds is okay but very uncomfortable.

Bought them and instantly had issues. Audio lag, cutting out, static, and sonar didnt work at all. I downloaded the program to customize audio (steelseries gg) and it just constantly crashed. Returned them after a week of troubleshooting and trying to get them to work.

Sound was okay and i thought they werent that comfortable

picked it up for my pc. so far so good. wished it clamped a bit hard on the sides but nonetheless still a very solid and good product when it comes to audio. the microphone is alright. not the best not the worst. you won’t get any complaints with the mic that’s for sure

Had horibble sound and no settings could fix it. Very tinny cheap sounding

Unfortunately the sound quality just isnt there for me. Even after using the software to tweek the sound its still lacking bass and overall sound even at max volume it sounds very soft

These are mediocre at best. Have to constantly keep switching inputs because sometimes the bluetooth doesnt work

One of the speakers ended up dieing one week after the allowed time for replacement. So I was stuck with it. And the official website took too long for me to even be able to use the warranty, since I hate back and forward communication with emails. So it was a complete disappointment.

Terrible. I got this for my son who games and he has had major problems with it. I spent extra thinking ok he’ll love this! But no, the darn thing needed a software patch you had to download to the USB out of the box before it could even work!! It sucks! I should have not bought this. I am actually buying another headset because this sucks so much.

These were a big disappointment for a headset priced at $179.99. The sound on these peaked incredibly easily. I didn’t even have them cranked up very loud. They sounded very crackly and hurt my ears with the sharp sounds it would produce. My friend complained about the mic quality too. I tried using them plugged in and wireless, but neither improved my cons. The only redeeming factor is that SteelSeries made these very comfortable to wear, but at the expense of sound and mic quality.

This headset always has static in them. The Bluetooth cuts out often and can be a pain in the backside to re-pair with the computer. There was no reply from SteelSeries when I asked for help.

bluetooth wont show up for any devices, iv tried to reset it manually. they also cut in and out making everything sound like a robot or scratchy. i went to return them aswell but wasnt able because its only 2 weeks return policy and i received them as a gift a week after the policy was up.

not bad but keeps disconnecting from pc and is a pain to reconnect.

Great if you are not too into bass. This is terrible for bass. Razer and or get headphones with 50MM drivers. These 40mm and they are $150 headset. No thank you

Awesome headset, no lag and the battery life is incredible. Bluetooth capability while youre gaming is pretty cool, can answer calls without having to take your headset off
