This headset sounds horrible for the price. If it was a $50 headset, I'd say not bad. It functions worse than my old half-broken $70 headset in every way. Unfortunately, I didn't get around to returning it in time.

How are you going to ask for a review, then tell me I have to give a minimum of 50 characters. The headset is a 5 star but best buy just got them 1 star for wasting my time.

Good overall, but after a month of regular use, the headset stopped working suddenly. They just turned off without a warning and would not turn back on even if connected to the charging wire.

I’m sad I didn’t get to return this when I had the chance. It’s a hassle to change the settings and stuff I wish they just made an app.

After updating the software, they simply stopped connecting and wouldn’t hold a charge. I was expecting more after paying that price.

Broke after two months the headset will not turn on. I tried multiple outlets multiple cords on different days headset sucks hippo gooch. Stick to wired headsets

Sound quality all around was terrible. One side was louder than other. Constant popping and crackling audio. Terrible quality microphone. The sound itself was muffled and flat sounding.

Not that good. If the static wasn’t there then it would be great. Blutooth works nice but the dongle makes it static bad! I thought I fixed it but it started again and now I’m out of my return date.

Too much noise for this price. The noise floor even without the mic attached it way to much it competes with the audio, the eq mixer and leveler doesn't fix it.

Too heavy and too big. Mic did not sound like 175$ headphone microphone. Doesnt even fit smaller heads like mine

Broke the 15th day I had it. Not worth the buy. You’re better off getting a stand-alone mic and then getting yourself an actual headset than this product.

I went through two of these headsets and they did not last more than 3 days each. They just freeze up and become completely useless.

I was a huge SteelSeries fan. This particular set died on me faster than any other electronic I have owned. Great while it lasted but not worthy of stars.

Range is worse than the older model. Will return forsure.

Mic picks up everything in the background. No noise cancelation. Horrible product.
