After the ability to use this wired and wireless wears off, you quickly realize that this thing will lead to premature balding due to the headband chafing your scalp.
On top of that, when its low battery, it will JUMP SCARE you with a loud beeping noise out of nowhere and you cannot turn this off. Its to the point where I mock the beeping sound and just throw this piece of crap across the room because I leave it plugged in when I use it and it STILL makes that low battery sound.
Also this is just an overpriced cheap headset. $175 MSRP is way too high for a pair of headphones that will have one side die within a year of normal use. I only started throwing it after this thing decided to randomly only work in one ear. Dont bother with it.

Headphones sound good. However, the software required is terrible and if you don't use it, then it will ignore your windows volume and play everything at full volume until you unplug and replug the headset. They'd get a five star rating if they were usable without the software.

These headphones are great: light and comfortable, I like the volume and chat/game dials being right on the ears.
However, they has a bad habit of periodically bricking themselves and requiring a factory reset. This happens to me about once a month with no reason I can discern. They will be working fine, and then there is no sound and they cannot be turned off.
Fixing it requires resetting the firmware via a pinhole in the right earpiece, reinstalling all the firmware, and reconnecting with the dongle. It is a pain. Wish I had known about it before I purchased them.

Requires sonar to work and sonar crashes alot. 5 of us have this headset and 5 of us on diffrent systems ranging from amd to intel are in a constant struggle to keep sonar working. The steel series app was once great but now is hot hot garbage.

I saw what this so-called clan represents, and I would never put their logo on any of my stuff. Rich Gen Z from bad sponsorships are, hopefully, on their way out.
