I'll start by saying that the stars reflect the quality you are paying for. This headset does have some interesting features like the Sonar EQ customization and the battery swapping, but overall it doesn't deliver the high price tag quality. These may be better on PC.
The build quality is nothing special. The headset almost feels fragile. I have the Audeze Maxwell (similar price) and those thing are a tank. But in the defense of the Nova Pros, they are lightweight, but at the cost of sturdiness.
Sound isn't the best, even when cycling through the available presets for PS5. I also have the Arctis P7+ and those sounded better to me. Mic sound quality is also lacking. You can see most would agree on that front.
Battery life is okay and you do get an extra battery that you can swap to charge your battery during a gaming session.
I've had no connection issues during my time with them, that's a plus.
I can't comment on the comfort because I replaced the stock earpads with a pair which are supposed to keep your ears cooler and comfortable.
These headphones are not the worst out there, but for the asking price, the value isn't there. The Audeze Maxwell is a better choice, even the P7+ is a better choice in terms of overall value and performance. Most of these criticisms mostly apply to the PS5. Because of Sonar, these might perform a bit better on the PC, but even then, I still wouldn't recommend them.

This headset is excellent. Especially for PC use. I recommend pairing it up with the Dolby Atmos app found in the microsoft store. It's light years better than the sonic stuff the steel series app uses. The noise canceling is what first drew me to this headset, and that doesnt dissapoint as well.

The headset is really nice if you want to take a little time before you start playing and actually mess with the sound setting. Having a battery charged at all times is really a game changer. Forget about not plugging your headset in after a long day of gaming. The other batteries charged before you even kill the one you’re using. Nice headset overall

Im v ery much impressed with these headsets. They come packed with features/options galore and plenty of quality of life improvements like noise canceling and swappable batteries. The build quality is excellent on these also, they really feel like theyll last for quite some time. The only downside i can see is the price, $349 is alot to ask for gaming cans in this economy but you do get what you pay for.

Sorry for the Caps, but this is NO CAP!! This headset had no limitations. Sound quality, unbelievable mic quality. Extremely straightforward and simple to use. It’s on Bluetooth channel to operate and sync with your phone so you can listen to music answer phone calls or even text message.

Sounds great and love the ability to swap batteries. It comes with 2 so if one dies just swap it with the one inside the base which also charges the battery. You can also plug it the phone while you play to listen to music, grab a call, listen to YouTube or podcast etc

Absolutely the best headset i have had in years. Sound profiles are game changing and the integration with the sonar software makes everything easy to use.

I love the headset but no one told me there is a little pointed piece sticking out of the ear piece. I looked it up thinking it was a piece that wasn't supposed to be there.... Nope it is! I have semi big ears and after awhile wearing them the pointed piece starts to hurt. If you have ears that stick out keep this in mind
