This headset is one of the best. Better than any other headsets out there. I had all brands of gaming headsets. From PlayStation headsets, Turtle Beach, razor, hyper, Astro, and many more and they can't compete to this brand. You ask why? I'll gladly tell you. These headset has a feature that all these brands can't get right or don't have it, or it's at a premium price but still can't do it right. What you ask? It's the game audio and Bluetooth combo mix. These headphones have the perfect balance between listening to a story-rich game or playing hardcore on Battlefield 6. I can hear everything while having its Bluetooth feature on and listening YouTube, Hulu, or HBO and not disturbing my kids and definitely not missing out on some BF6 fun facts. I have used other headphones that had this feature before and guess what? They either can't get connected to my phone or my switch, or it disconnects/ static sounds with imbalanceing sounds. But these headphone I can customize the audio from both the game and my other device I am connect too. Another great feature is the charging, we all know we have to have a cord to a controller, phone and or whatever you use to charge whatever you are using. These headsets have swappable batteries so you don't have to use a cord and clear off your play area. Another thing if you wear glasses don't worry I also use glasses to and the cushion on these bad boys are glasses friendly and very comfortable, I sometimes forgot I have these thing when I'm working around my house. If you are looking for the best all-around gaming headset. These ones won't disappoint you at all. I have 2 of them. When they first released and when they re-released them at this amazing price.

The SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless headset is a game-changer! The sound quality is incredible—deep bass, clear highs, and amazing surround with DTS Headphone:X v2.0. Super comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the dual-battery system is genius—one charges while you use the other. Works flawlessly with both PS4 and PC. Wireless connection is solid with zero lag. Worth every penny if you want premium wireless audio for gaming!

Top of the line gaming headset with one small flaw that won’t apply to everyone, the fit of the headset is smaller/tighter than other steelseries products.
I bought this as a replacement for an older arctis 7p headset and was blown away by the sound quality. The headset is extremely easy to set up and use. The base station is very intuitive to scan through settings and get various EQ mixes.
The biggest draw is the dual connection for pc/console with ease of switching between the two. On top of that they added the feature to connect Bluetooth to your phone to be able to answer phone calls or listen to music simultaneously.
The base station houses an additional battery for the off chance you run through to 12+ hour battery life it is a quick switch out to keep the gaming session going.
My only complaint, and ultimately the reason I had to return the headset, is that it overall was too small for my well above average head.
My one suggestion is if you are on the fence about this headset go try it on, if it fits comfortably you will be blown away by the features and sound.

Fits like a glove, love the feeling of the headband, the tradeable battery is beyond convenient; and the ease of use with Bluetooth between multiple devices is also incredible. Overall extremely impressed from only owning turtle beaches my whole life

As an avid gamer who plays countless hours - A great headset is crucial. The steel series has never let me down since I've started using them - The Arctis Pro Wireless are an amazing choice - They are extremely comfortable and have a great EQ customization feature built in so you have your sound exactly how you want it depending on the game you're playing. The battery life is vert accurate, and a quick change of the battery if needed to keep you going.
I would highly recommend any steel series headset, especially the pro wireless!

I really love the hot swap able batteries, the audio sounds great although more treble and less bass then my astro a 50 gen 4s. Durability is good other than the plastic bit that holds it all together im sure that will break over extreme sustained use but its not a huge issue. Comfort is alright overall, the headband is nice adjustable, the earpads are ok upgrade them trust me. I have owned a ton of headsets these were 140$ at the time of buying and it was well worth the purchase.

Just ok for laptop Zoom

I am probably not the typical user for this headset. Finding a good pair of comfortable over ear headphones that work great for zoom calls is very challenging. I tend to migrate from room to room with my laptop (different rooms for different calls). I was hoping that this headset would come with a wireless USB dongle but when you need true portability, you still have to rely on this headset being connected to the laptop via blue tooth. When just connected to blue tooth, the mic sounds hollow and un-professional when I speak on calls. This is probably a limitation of PC blue tooth, which is why I wish that they would have thought to make a wireless dongle. I would pay extra for it if they made it. When the external transceiver is wired directly to the laptop USB, the sound is clear and amazing. However, it is a pain to carry the transceiver from room to room.
Pros:
I like the fact that I can change the batteries and charge them externally. The headset is comfortable and has so many other features that work great for gaming, which I'll never use.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 for reasons listed above. Not recommending for use with conference calls.

Comfortable, long lasting battery, solid build and easily interchangeable batteries
One issue i have but not a big deal is if nothing plays on bluetooth it “turns off” bt. Not a big problem but when sound comes thru bt makes a sound to notify and sometimes throws you off. Got it 130 off so definitely a steal!

Definitely wasnt in my plan to buy a new headset (my razors decided to give up on life after some years of almost daily use) this was on sale at the time sigh decent reviews so took the chance on then and gotta say I’m very impressed with the mic quality and sound quality as well. The battery life on these are decent (I get 4-5 days on a single charge) you do get another battery and the receiver is also the charger for the spare battery so when I need to replace its a 30 second swap and power on and carry on love it

Steel Series’ best headset yet!

I want to start off by mentioning that I have an extensive history with Steel Series products. Over the last decade, I have gotten my money’s worth out of the Arctis 7, 9 and the Wireless Pro is no different. Steel Series headsets have great build quality and overall product life.
What makes this headset better than both the 7, and 9 are the quality of life improvements. This headset has a swap-able battery function that makes extended use a breeze. Whenever one battery runs low, you can just swap to the other one while charging the first one for future use. In addition to serving as the method for battery charging, the base station makes it easier than ever before to customize your desired settings. Within a few clicks I can fine tune the audio to how I like it.
Overall, this headset is shaping up to be the best one I have used in the Arctis line.
My one complaint is that it is one the pricey side, so if you can get it on sale, I would definitely do so. I was fortunate enough to catch it when it was on sale for around $140. At that price, very much worth it. I would have bought two if I could.

Great for gaming, and media use. The software creates different output channels to tune your eq preferences for different games and programs. These are extremely comfortable and have a lower battery life than some newer options, but by switching the batteries between charging in the dock and headset after every couple sessions makes this negligible. Amazing audio, comfort, functionality, and features (plus I got it on sale for just over $200.00 which made them that much better)

These headphones are an upgrade from the Series 7 I was using. The doc is nice for volume adjustment and swapping between two different audio sources. The sound is very good and the suround works very well especially when used with Sonar. If you play first person shooters or ghost hunting games. These headphones are very good at making it sound like those footsteps or objects thrown come from the right direction. Very much recommend. The only thing I miss is the fade being on the headphones. Playing War Thunder and watching a video. You have to use the dock to turn down the game. The batteries are very easy to swap and no tools needed. The cover is magnetic.

Great headset! Installation was very easy, although I did have some fun trying to get it to work with a KVM switch for my two linked PCs, and to ensure that the default speakers kicked in when the headset was switched off.
Overall, very comfortable to wear, and great sounds and the Sonar GG Engine s/w makes getting the right sound mix a breeze. the two batteries make perfect sense (one on charge while the other is in use).
Got this on sale with a $50+ discount so even better!!

Just picked these up for $140 USD, which is half off retail.
Let me put it this way, if I had known the quality of these, I would have picked them up at $299, too.
They're incredibly comfortable. They are heavier than quite a bit of other headsets on the market, but the material used, and the weight distribution more than makes up for that. Comfort is a 4.5 out of 5.
Battery life is 10 hours per battery, not 20 hours like advertised. It's 20 hours total including the hot-swappable battery, which really is a game changer.
The audio quality is insane for the price. I'm not a true audiophile, but I've been around musicians for most my life. Audio is 5/5(FOR A GAMING HEADSET).
I only use these for my PC, so I can't speak for how it is on PS4. If you're thinking about buying a new headset, and if you have 2-300 bucks to spend, just stop looking. Buy these. $140 for these is an absolute steal.

I love the weight, sound, and features. They are amazing, and i was able to pick it up on sale for a steal! Unfortunately, i found in incredibly hard to install and get working properly. I eventually uninstalled all the software that came with it, and let windows recognize it automatically, and it has functioned well since.

It's nice the battery swapping and keeping it on 24/7 but what moved me the most was it's quality, I cried listening my favorite songs on the very first time.
**I'm a big guy and felt a bit tight before I've changed the ear pads.
