Item stopped working after 2 weeks

Unfortunately Best Buy has a 14 day return policy unless you purchase the warranty. Waste of money and disappointed Best Buy would not let me return this item. I am going to purchase an Xbox but I will not give Best Buy my business. I will go elsewhere.

At 72, I’ve decided to learn to play video games, some at least. I have a subscription for Apple Arcade, and enjoy trying! The grandchildren also enjoy this controller when they are with me.

Don’t do same day delivery

I needed something for the holidays in a clutch move I ordered for same day delivery by 9PM. I did so, so that I could do other things. 8:450M I get a message that it can’t be delivered. Way to ghost me Best Buy. Pickup in store or have it mail delivered because this “Deliver Today” is a joke.

iOS devices not compatible

When you download the companion add it says no controller detected and it will not connect to the app so you can’t use it.

Broke after 6 months
