    Mousepad is great. The product itself deserves 5 stars, but the curbside pick up was a terrible experience so I'm knocking a bit off. I ordered two mouse pads and I got the notice that it was ready for pickup. I got there and waited for more than thirty minutes with no update. When the worker finally came, they told me that the second one wasn't in stock and that I would get it more quickly if I changed it to shipping. Got home, changed it to shipping, and not even 5 minutes after I changed it, got a text saying that it was ready for pick up. Make sure you actually find the item and have it ready before notifying the customer.
