Another classic at Big Blue for just $7.99. Hits like this at such a low price make me wonder why everyone doesn't go and raid those bins every month. I seem to be the only person that does. This is a slick package and great picture quality, worth twice the price.

If you've read the It book then obviously you know that this tv movie from the 90s doesn't do it full justice, but Tim Curry is greatness in the role of Pennywise enough to satisfy you. If you watched it as a kid like I did then there's enough nostalgic moments to make this worth buying during a sale.

Some suspenseful moments, yet the plot is pretty predictable.

Being in quarantine for so long I finally ventured out to a Best Buy store to check out some movies to watch at home. I came across "It" and since I had never seen the movie decided to purchase it. Just eerie enough and cheesy enough to hold my attention.

This TV movie the first time I saw did scare me, while it doesn't have the gory theatrics it genuinely makes you feel their fears, love that it's being remade but still love the original version of the movie. One of Tim Curry's classic roles as he makes penny wise haunt you

A little dated for today’s age but worth seeing at least once

This is a long scary movie with A list actors and special effects. You will need to flip the disc for the second half of the movie. It’s better to get the dvd because on cable, the edited versions are always missing scenes. The language is cleaner than in the new movie.

With the new 2017 reboot of the classic film “IT” in theaters, this is the perfect chance to relive Tim Curry’s haunting performance as Pennywise the dancing clown. This is the original mini TV series adaption and is a great introduction to Stephen King’s classic novel.

Clean, clear imaging that really hides its years (and certainly enhances the fear still generated by this film that terrified me as a child.) The steelbook is equally slick. A welcome addition to my collection.

This is the first time I have seen the digital version in a package for the original classic Stephen King it. This provides you with freedom to watch on your mobile device or tv without the need of the physical dvd.

Love this movie it’s pretty long but there’s definitely a creepy setting. I enjoy this more then the new ones simply because part 2 was a disappointment 10/10 would recommend

Good movie, original and scarier then the newest ones .

When this original "Made for TV movie" was released, I thought it was a very good interpretation of Stephen King's book. With the release of the new "IT" movie, this older version helps flesh out the story a little more and is very worth watching again.

Okay, truth be told, this wasn't Tim Curry's best. Save for "Rocky Horror Picture Show," the movie "Clue" was his best. Guess it depends on what kind of mood you are in. You know what? Save your money and go see the 2017 re-boot. It's 10-times better.

I remember when this was released as a 2-part mini-series on broadcast TV back in the 90's. Tim Curry as Pennywise was brilliant. He switch between comical and horrific seamlessly. The kid story was great but the adult story was a little clumsy. Still worth it.

A classic film (mini-series), that has scared audiences for decades. Tim Curry’s Pennywise is the reason most are terrified of clowns, and with good reason. It’s the classic based on the book that inspired a great remake as well. If you like Stephen King anything, check it out!

Don't let your kids watch this movie. I saw this as a kid and it still haunts till this day. I actually got this to conquer my fear of clowns and it did not help lol. Stephen King really did a great job with the book and the movie adaptation is not bad either.

I mainly picked this up for the cool steelbook featuring Tim Curry as Pennywise the Clown. I watched the movie as a kid and although it was made for tv it still gave me nightmares. It has not aged well but overall I still thoroughly enjoy watching this version of the move.

This is a great movie It use to scare me really bad when I was a kid. I’m glad they did a Blu-ray version & release it on Steelbook. I have both this & the new IT on Steelbook this is a must have for anyone who likes horror movies.

This movie holds up as long as you keep in mind tv drama was very different back in the day. The movie is well worth the watch, except for its infamously bad end sequence. It's a good companion piece for watching the 2017 version and vice versa.
