but not great either. For die-hard Stephen King fans. The problem with making a Stephen King story into a series or movie is the amount of detail in his stories that can never or rarely carries over to the screen.

The movie in blu ray is still a masterpiece. After seeing it again from so manyb years. The CGI isn't as good in the last part of the movie. But after watching it, I am hopeful the new one is much better.

I was thrilled to see the excellent remaster they did on this old favorite of mine. Great quality in HD although it retains it's made for TV 4:3 aspect ratio (not widescreen).

By far the best Stephen king adaption yet. Great performance by Tim Curry as penny wise. Great read if you get the chance. New movie coming out 2017! Blu Ray released October 4th!

Tim Curry’s role as Pennywise is very memorable. There is no other clown in cinema history that immediately comes to mind. Another classic from Stephen King

After watching the reboot, I had to go back and compare. The newer one is great and I look forward to the sequel, but the original still rules after all these years

I've been looking for this movie for a long time for my teen who is now into horror flicks. The price was incredible-we couldn't pass it up. No problems with shipping or movie.

Awesome miniseries. The only way I think you could do the book 100% justice would be like a 10 episode HBO series. For ABC in the 1990s this was incredible.

Glad to finally have a Steelbook for the classic clown. Just wish the case had a different material finish that wouldn't hold fingerprints as easily.

If you are afraid of clowns this is not the movie for you, not really. This movie is not so much horror as it is entertaining. At times, the story is really bad, but is the kind of bad that is actually good! It's a fun movie to watch.

When I first watched this on VHS as a kid it was on two separate videos. Now I have it for $3.99 on DVD and couldn't resist buying it. A classic horror film of Pennywise the clown

Absolutely a solid time. Tim Curry is amazing as phyco monster clown Pennywise. For a 90's tv mini series it holds up.

My wife went to the movie remake and enjoyed it. She bought this because she remembered how much it terrified her when the original miniseries premiered. Good mini series. I just don't like clowns.

They say you can judge a person's personality by which movie you know Tim Curry from. Stephen King's IT is a classic that should be watched at least every Halloween.

This movie freaked me out when I was a kid. Pretty much the only clown that actually scared me. Still a good movie too!
