good old tv movie the transfer to blu ray was good.

This is a really good scary movie. You'll love it.

Not a Halloween Classic but still very creepy and surprisingly engaging for a TV production. Tim Curry's performance as Pennywise is still the definitive one. Picture Quality is great.

Audiences are a lot more sophisticated these days. Not the greatest acting for sure. I forgot it's over 2 1/2 hours long. Originally a mini-series made for TV. Still sends a chill up your back but not like "IT" did back in 1990. Worth a second watch.

Good movie for those that are into older horror movies

Well, although this movie is dated a pretty cheesy in many areas it still has some very terrifying elements and a good base story. A remake is in the works and will be out in late 2017. So, that being said this is worth a watch for the price.

This is from the TV mini-series so do not expect explicit horror scenes. Still it was a pretty decent adaptation with a good cast. Tim Curry plays IT perfectly. The supporting cast is well known now but were newbies back then...

This was entertaining, but you can tell it, no pun intended, was made in the early 90's. The story at times seems to drag, but if you liked the movie and go in with realistic expectations you will like this too.

I purchased this movie because the 2017 version is coming out and wanted to see the original. This movie was good.. but kinda falls short on the "horror end" of it. Had more moments laughing than feeling scared.

This movie definitely has the early 90's feel to it. It can be laughable at times, not in a good way. But whenever Tim Curry is on screen, or his presence is even felt, there is no looking away.

Wanted to get this before new one comes out. I remember the mini-series, but didn't see the whole thing. By today's film standards, this seems a little corny, but it got the story across!

A great made for TV film brought to blu-ray. Video and audio are great and includes a superb audio commentary track, but that is all you're getting in the special features department.

First half of this TV mini-series is one of the best adaptations of a King book ever. The second half... not so much. Still a must buy for fans of the book and/or mini-series.

Not a favorite of mine...this movie really kicked off Kings adaptions to the smaller screen...golden years, tommyknockers etc...taken in that light this is the best of them

The acting and writing in this movie is marginal at best, but the plot is true to the book for the most part. If you liked the book, you will appreciate this miniseries....
